I would give 100 stars if I could. We hired advance plumbing for a few job, from replacing leaking toilet to repiping the whole house. Miguel is one of the best contractors I have ever met. He responds to my questions super quick and his team works efficiently and perfectly, leaves the site clean. Everything is perfect! Perfecto! Parfait! ???

My parents had a leak at the end of last year and Miguel promptly paid them a visit to provide a quote. He came highly recommended by a number of our neighbors. It's hard to find good contractors so it's always nice when people can refer to you someone. They raved about Miguel and now I can see why- he's friendly, prompt, diligent, and beyond fair with his prices. He also rearranged his busy schedule to squeeze my parents in during the holidays.

I requested a quote in yelp for repiping my house. Miguel responded in just a couple of hours.
We set up a time for him to come to my house and give an estimate. I have a two story house with one kitchen and two and a half bathrooms.
Miguel told us where they will be making holes in the walls and ceiling. I was worried we needed to break the tiles around the bathtub in the master bathroom upstairs. Miguel indicated it was not necessary. They would just go from the ceiling to the floor under the tub. That was a big relief.
He gave me a very reasonable price for repiping using pex and also replacing my water heater, and did not require any payment up front. We decided to go with him. He wrote up a contract and emailed us right away. Then in the next couple of days, we exchanged emails and phone calls about some minor questions. He responded very quickly every time.
On the day of repipe, the team arrived at 7am. They did a very good job in covering up everything. What I heard from other people was that the repiping usually would finish in the afternoon between 3 and 5pm. But to my surprise (big surprise), the team worked so fast, water was turned on again around noon. That was a very nice surprise.
A couple of days later, the patching team came, at 7am. Again, they did a very good job of covering up everything. The patching was completed around 2pm. The result was extremely nice. My walls have texture. They did an excellent job patching and re-texturing the walls. After they were done, I could not even tell there were patches at all. My walls looked brand new.
While the patching was going on, Miguel also came and fixed the leaking shower and fill valve of a toilet tank that I told him about in one of our phone calls. And he did not charge me extra!
Overall, I am very pleased with the work. Miguel's prompt responses to all the texting, emails, phone calls made me feel very comfortable.
The repiping team and patching team were both very professional and did an excellent job.
Usually, working with contractors is very stressful. But this time is completely different. It was a very good experience from beginning to end.
I am so happy we found Miguel for our repiping project.

Miguel is awesome and professional. He has the skill set that others don't. I have a slow water flow problem where the sprinkler system did not work. I suspect it's water pressure issue but a couple plumbers come by and stated that water pressure is high at 100 psi. They said I need to fix the incoming pipe where it's only 3/4 inch and need to add another pipe to the backyard for the sprinkler system. The overall project will cost me a few thousand.

However, Miguel was able to identify the root problem where someone adjusted the incoming water flow from main pipe. The turn back on and the slow water flow problem goes away. He also adjusted the water pressure back to a normal level at 80psi. Thank you Miguel and your expert skill saved me a few thousand dollar. I am highly recommending Miguel for any of your plumbing issue.

I recently bought an old house 1950s house with very old galvanized pipes which were near the end of their life span and needed to be replaced. Miguel and his team are the best you can find, especially for whole house repiping projects. He does tons of whole house repiping work, and you can tell by his professional crew who does all the work from piping to patching of walls. They are extremely efficient and show high quality workmanship. Most other plumbers I reached out to did not have the same high level of expertise and specialization as Miguel. The team showed up early/on time to the job and worked hard to finish the project. They also worked on replacing all of the sewage drains at the same time at my request. Miguel also inspects every inch of work to make sure it is up to his standards.

While repiping, Miguel also mentioned some questionable /hazardous electrical work in the crawl space which he advised I have an electrician address, complete with detailed picture of the issue.

All of this goes to show that Miguel is an honest person, and he clearly takes pride in his work and cares for his customers. I highly recommend Advance Plumbing.

I had outside plumbing issues near my hose that started on a Sunday. Miguel came within 30 min and gave me a quote and a time he could repair. He was prompt, honest and fair pricing. He returned for another leak a few weeks later, and had it fixed within minutes with no charge since it ""took two minutes, didn't need any parts, and I like to take care of my customers.""
