Advance Mechanical Plumbing Service began in late 1983 with one man and one truck, ready to tackle any job. Kent P.I called over a weekend and scheduled an appointment for 8:00-8:30 am on the following Thursday. The person scheduling my appointment confirmed that they would call me 15 minutes before arriving. Advanced Plumbing Services no-called and no-showed on the appointment. I had already taken off work and made arrangements to make this appointment. After calling for 3 hours I was not able to get through to a person, nor did I receive a response. Expect no-calls and no-shows with Advanced Plumbing.
Jojo S.I have a service contract with AHS and they sent this company to my home to assess a problem in my sump pump. The guy (Heath) did not bother to analyze the problem, just said the smell was caused by a dead rodent. I guess he did not feel like working. He just collected his $75 service fee and left. I called another plumber (outside my service contract) who told me the problem was a broken sewer pipe that would have to be located with a dye or a camera. AHS had Advanced Drain Cleaning come out a second time to look at the problem. Same guy came out (Heath) same rodent problem. I called a third company to assess the problem and they also said a sewer pipe was broken.
Matthew S.Called yesterday and spoke with them about coming out to look at my water heater that blew. Said he could come out same day but being it was New Year's Eve he asked if it was ok to come out tomorrow. I said sure. He gave me a time of 9 am and said he would call me before he left. It is now 11:30am no call no show. Left him two messages. No response. I would advise going with some one who will actually show up.
Joe D.$35 to come out and tell me my main drain was clogged and needed a $250++ treatment. I called because I KNEW my drain was clogged and HELP plumbing could not get here until 8AM and do the job for $89! I told them go and waited for HELP in the morning.
