We had our kitchen sink in an island backing up. We called Advanced Mechanical and they were very responsive. Technician, Johnathan came out and identified the problem very quickly. He ended up having to replace a portion of the plumbing under the cabinet and a fitting under the house. He was able to get the problem fixed and even stopped in to follow up a few days later personally to make sure his repair was working perfectly. The service over the phone was great. But the attention and service by their technicians in the field is nothing short of amazing! We highly recommend this company their services.

Our pipeline from our toilet cracked and needed replacing. So we were told that we couldn't use our toilet on Monday. The people they sent Tuesday, and Wednesday had no luck. But Thursday came and Oscar got the job done before I got off work. I was told on Wednesday that they couldn't get underneath the condo to make the replacement and that they had to come into my unit and rip my floors open, ugh! Such a horrible thought. Thank God for Oscar coming to the rescue and making things work out (without needing to rip my hardwood floor open) Thank you, Oscar!!!!!! If anyone wants things done right and on-time request Oscar.

Had an out of the blue incident where my water would not shut off & the spigot had failed. Called a couple other plumbing businesses and they were booked (of course it happened on a holiday weekend). Advance Mechanical Contractors said they were booked but would squeeze me in if possible. W/in a 1/2 hr, i received a call that someone could come out. It was Bob. He was friendly and happy to figure out my problem and answer any questions i had. We figured out my problem. He fixed it, and he even showed me some tricks should it happen again. I am very appreciative for the quick response and expertise. Thanks all involved!

A lousy experience. I called them and spoke with Jeff, who was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. But after Cyndy called back, who works for the corporate office, she failed to return my call with a recommendation for my plumbing problem. I left 3 messages, no call back. Maybe they don't return calls if the project doesn't pay enough, or if they can't suggest a solution. Not professional and a waste of time.

I gave them 24 hours of notice to replace 3 shut off valves and was told they would be at my condo before 10am. At 1045, the dispatcher told me their technician was on another job and wouldn't be able to service me. When I asked if they had someone else they said no. My HOA only shuts off water on Thursday so with thanksgiving being next Thursday I am screwed. Basically I'm going to be without water in my kitchen and refrigerator for 2 more weeks.

They came recommended from my father because they did a good job, but obviously I wasn't worth their time.

I understand other jobs taking priority, but they could have let me know yesterday so I had a chance to book someone else for the job.

Guess I'll just get water from my bathroom sink when my family comes for thanksgiving and asks for a glass of water.

Ken literally saved my life! I was ready to move because I was having this never ending fly problem and even had hired an exterminator who had already spent 4 weeks trying to help me to no avail. I was ready to sell my home and move that's how miserable I had gotten. Since COVID is requiring us to stay home I felt like I was in prison in my own home. At the recommendation of a co-worker I hired a Plummer. I'm so grateful to Ken for finding the source of my problem. So when I say he saved my life I truly mean it!!! I would highly recommend Advance Mechanical Contractors especially Ken for all my plumbing needs. I know he will go to any length to help me and he will do it as quickly as possible.

I called Ken's Plumbing AKA Advance Mechanical Contractors to install 3 brand new toilets. Frank installed them quickly and efficiently. He was a very nice and pleasant person to work with. They were able to give me a good price on the installations with a $50 discount special they were having during the COVID-19 pandemic. I will definitely call them again for any of my plumbing needs and ask for Frank T.
