As shady as they come. They used to service my home until I found out how sneaky they are. They came in to do my annual 'turn on'. A few weeks later get a call that they forgot to record something for the backflow preventer. They come back, charge me again and leave a leaking backflow valve. When I call to ask them to correct the leak, they claim they didn't touch the valve. So either a) they ripped me off by charging for something they didn't do. B) broke something and didn't own up to it. I'm done with them.
I found a more professional and cheaper company. (Think opposite of Altantic)
Do yourself a favor and avoid these shysters.
