When I told my disabled husband that the All Dry worker who came to my home was rude and walked off the job leaving hot water cascading down the tub and shower wall, he cried. Do not do business with the company. The worker who came to my home had no sense of customer service. He said he was doing me a favor by showing up. I was so upset that I left the upper bathroom worksite and stood outside. He walked past me and left with water running.

My experience with All Dry USA's Goshen NY branch was less than desirable. We had a fairly small leak from our HWH. The damage was mostly flooring, although quite a bit of drywall was removed and replaced. All Dry did the removals and remediation, but we're not responsible for replacing anything. They were at our house (3 men) a total of 10 hours, and they had their equipment on site for three days. The original agreed upon estimate was $9500. I never received a bill for the work, but instead, months later, was asked to pay over $17000 based on a time and materials breakdown. I wouldn't pay it as my insurance carrier was adamant they would only pay the originally quoted amount. Eventually it went to collections, where it was settled for $9250, of which a good chunk went to the collection agency....just stupid. But I got the feeling that this was the typical transaction for All Dry USA. I will say that their guy Mike who runs the Goshen, NY branch was a nice guy and was helpful in getting thing resolved.

I want to be clear that these people truly know how to do their job with a smile and a warm vibe. They came in and made us very comfortable. They turned a tough time into a pleasurable one. We really appreciate it..I highly recommend them across the board.

They were easy to work with, our account manager Dave Earl , was able to make terrific recommendations and set us up for everything we needed.
