Overall cost and quality of work was average. He is a plumbing sub-contractor that works with my general contractor. Unreliable when it comes to committing to a timeline, returning messages and just showing up. Incredibly messy and is very comfortable just leaving dirty messes and wet messes where ever he makes them. He left a significant standing pool of water on my oak kitchen flooring (never cleaned up and never said anything to anyone); he just doesn't care. Parks on my front lawn when there is plenty of vehicle parking on my paved driveway. Quality of work appears to be okay. One of the radiators that he reinstalled in the bathroom was leaking and after over a week of trying to have him repair it I just had my boiler tech from Carlson Mechanical fix the issue. His business appears to be a product of having too much work and not caring about customer service.

This outfit came highly recommended from a contractor so I hired them to replace my 1960's galvanized drain system (that routinely would clog due to rust) along with a fixture addition. Great service and performed the work flawlessly and within the time constraints. I would definitely use them again.

He was helpful in explaining what was needed and what he was doing and worked amazingly fast, replacing a faulty pressure regulator on my house's water. No more scary pipe noises! This ""company"" did the install in my house. I thought they were quick and good. I was dead wrong, I let the attitudes of the plumbers and the owner Zohan outright being a jerk slide cause I thought they were doing quality work. How wrong I turned out to be. I turned out to be. I've been in my house for Year and have had to replace the water heater to fixtures I've had non glue joints in my drainage system that broke open I had a missed crimp ring on the water line that broke open and flooded my downstairs. And the owner won't answer my phone calls or texts. Do yourself a favor if you ever hear of Adriatic run the other way

I have had to pay a different plumber to redo this guy's work twice! When I try to call him he ignores me. I texted him and he told me not to harass him. If you expect your plumbing to be done correctly and to be able to talk to your plumber about the work performed, you should look else where.

Adriatic Plumbing was picked by our contractor for a bathroom remodel... I wish we picked our own plumber. The work done by the owner was even worth than his employees, and all he had to do was install fixtures. Very disappointing. He damaged the tub spout during install, which led me to observe that he did not bother installing the seals between the wall either. Same on the sink fixture... seals were installed in the incorrect order. Really? How hard is it to read instructions? Now I am wondering how the toilet install was done and hoping it never leaks down to my basement. I would NEVER ever use these guys again.

Do yourself a favor and find another plumbing company where the employees are courteous not only when on the the job, but getting to the job. Driver of an Adriatic Plumbing van not only cut me off in traffic causing me to slam on my brakes, but he also cut off another vehicle once on the freeway not 2 cars ahead of me. RIDICULOUS! I would go out of my way to find another plumbing company - even if it meant paying more.

Adriatic installed the plumbing and heating system in our new home. They were picked by our contractor, who had worked with them before. All seemed to go fine during the installation process. Some of the staff seemed pretty good, others just ok. We had some items that came up towards the end that we wanted to get fixed, loose fixtures, etc. Small stuff, or so I thought. No amount of effort on my part, or the part of the contractor could get Adriatic to come back out to finish work. Over time we have also developed some larger issues with the system and despite repeated efforts to get them to come back out and look at it, even offerring to pay, they have not delivered. I've been trying to get them to come out for a full year, with no luck.

I would not use Adriatic again for any job where you might want them to follow up and make sure it actually worked.
