Called him early in the morning requesting a main drain clean out. He said he would show up during the day. My tenant waited all day and Adriatic never showed up or called. Don't hire this company. Can't be relied on.

On 8/20/21 at 11:30 a.m. I contacted Adriatic Coast Plumbing, which I assume is a sole owner business that is ran out of the plumber's home because his wife answered the phone. I explained I had a water leak under my house and needed a repair as soon as possible. She said she would text the plumber with all my information and he would get back to me. I waited four hours, but no one ever called me back or came by. (I happen to live two blocks away from him.) Later that afternoon, I contacted Cornett Plumbing in Torrance who sent someone out immediately to make the repair. As I write this review, four days later, I have never heard back from Adriatic Plumbing.

Dusan has been extremely honest and that is very much appreciated when in the property management industry. Tenants have reported back their professionalism and cleanliness when doing a job.
Emergency issues are taken care of immediately and we all know how important that is when you have upstairs units leaking into downstairs or toilets completely flooding.

These guy are jerks. They do not return phone calls or show up. They inspected a shower leak in my building and said "" It only leaks when the shower is in use and no repair necessary"" Save yourself a lot of trouble and find a good plumber.

Absolutely horrible June, 14 2016 40th (Birthday) Backed up sink in a old apartment complex black gunk etc., known problem for years reported via call along with neighbors to plumber and calls to apt manager no response from plumber waited around all day thanks no party. June, 23 2016 03:36am at this point no response from plumber (calls) or show to fix problem along with more calls to apt manager along with neighbors. At 03:36am (wife has to work that morning) awoke to a flooded bathroom and partially flooded apartment while bailing out water with giant gas station cup into tub, calls plumber emergency number. The greeting she gets upon answering is "" Why are you calling this number ? "" It's one of their listed numbers by the way. After explaining the situation while still bailing out water was told it was not "" an emergency."" Wife try's to get time when they will arrive after plumber is extremely nasty. I awoke about 03:56am and take over bailing Eventually we get we will be there in an hour 04:36am no show, 05:36am no show, 06:36am no show, 07:36am no show. At about 08:30am after I had been bailing water for about 4 hours the plumber decides to show up (thanks) only at the neighbors? Never even bothered to come to door or call etc instead decides to text apt manager who then texts us to see if sink is still stopped up and flooded. Wow rude to wife disrespectful, unprofessional, something like 10 days to respond? Not an emergency? Avoid these guys wish we could.

6/23/2016 15:52 Update
So in addition to their above stated failures lying has now become apart of their business model. While at work my wife receives a call from Apt manger with some surprising news. (1) The plumber stated that he did in fact enter our apartment and that their was no flooding. (2) That the clog was caused by hair and hair only (3) That we and the neighbors would be responsible for bill. (4) That we continually called plumber aka harassment.

1) We have pics showing that from the previous tenants who were literally mentally unstable broke things etc before our new neighbors that it was infact from pictures green trash bags and what appears to be bags that hold bread which previous tenants used. Pictures are from neighbors that took pics of what was pulled out. We have text messages between ourselves and neighbors stating that from the plumber that he didn't need to enter our unit because they were connected. Which indeed they are but he told the property manager that he did in fact enter unit and their was no flooding strange considering the door was wide open with me on the couch waiting after flooding had stopped which is right in front of door.

2) We have pics showing what was actually pulled out from neighbors.

3) Because plumber lied and said it was just hair apt manager in a really nasty phone call to my wife at work accused us of lying and by default our neighbors as well says jointly both tenants are responsible for bill. Even though we have pictures of what was actually pulled out and it wasn't hair.

4) We continually harassed plumber with multiple phone calls we have phone records from my wife's phone that show first call at 03:36am second call at 08:02am. Two calls with a five hour stretch when plumber was supposed to have been there in an hour is not harassment. Said plumber stated that we shouldn't call that number again that was their house etc even though its listed as an emergency number maybe business should unlist that number?

5) We have video tried to upload to yelp but only allows photos the video shows the flooding. The picture of sister in laws dog at another location up

These guys are awesome Dusan and Mike perform top quality work at a super fair price. My most recent business dealing with Adriatic Coast prompted this review.

I had a water line rupture underneath my house last week and these guys knocked the temporary repair out in no time flat. Enough so that we could still use the water until they got the right materials to perform the more permanent repair that was necessary.

They're prompt, always on time and give it to you straight with no B.S. AND... They clean up well after they're finished!!!

Dusan is the best! Him and his guys worked on our room addition and did a great job. They were always there when needed with a great attitude.
I work in the trades and have seen how some of the other guys work. These guys are top notch and highly recommended. Oh yes, their pricing was super fair compared to other plumbers doing top quality work. Don't hesitate!

These guys did a great job for us. we had a main sewer line to fix. Adriatic was on time, clean, did what they said and it was for a fair price. I would for sure use them again or recommend them to someone else.
