Dusan and his team our highly knowledgeable. When we were renting they always came on time and one time the same day. We now own a home and just had them come out for a slow drain. The drain is fixed I got some good advice for a couple things that we should do to prevent future issues. Every time I've called with a plumbing issue, they have been extremely efficient in diagnosing the problem, and have it taken care of in a timely manner. You can see why they continue with their reputation of being knowledgeable and professional.

Dusan and his company come through again! We had a small leak in a hot water pipe that need attention. They were here within a couple of hours to fix the issue.
I can't say enough about how conscientious this company is on customer service. We have used this company for over 20 years and are very pleased with their quality of workmanship and prices. I do not understand how some of these people give them bad ratings, but I have noticed these reviews are from apartment tenants under a property management contract, which could be from them calling various plumbing companies.
