I had called Adrian in a pinch to replace a garbage disposal. He was responsive and showed up early for his appointment. He was polite, respectful and most of all Honest! He figured out that the disposal didn't need replacing he simply fixed it for a fair and reasonable fee for his time. I have heard of instances when people would've taken advantage and replaced the disposal for a hire commission. I appreciated that Adrian did not do that. I highly recommend this plumber.

Adrian is a very good and honest plumber that I have ever seen! I have a tenant reported that they have a leak in the bedroom. The floor are all wet. I got hold of Adrian after another plumber told us that they could not find the leak. Adrian came on Saturday and spent an hour to investigate the situation but found no leak either. He came back on Monday again and plan to open the ceiling to make sure. But after he looked at the situation again, he said there is no need to open up since everything is dried up already. He did not charge me anything. I really appreciate his honesty. He is definitely the guy to go to when you have plumbing issues. He is knowledgeable and honest, he will not waste your money if there is no plumbing issues.

We had a clogged shower but Adrian's all- purpose plumbing came through and unclogged it for me no issues at all. All while being super kind and charging a more than reasonable price. I reached out on yelp and they were here within the hour. They even wiped up my shower floor for me when they were done. I will most definitely be calling them again. Adrian is a God-Send!!!! I asked for quotes via Yelp for a plumber. Our kitchen sink was totally backed up and our attempt with a snake did nothing. Literally within minutes Adrian messaged back gave me a very reasonable quote and said he would be here within the hour. Mind you it's Father's day today, and this was Sunday at 11:30.

He arrived early and got right to work. By the looks of it, our kitchen clean out had NEVER been cleared before... a total black, stinky mess! He tried snaking it w/ 75 feet and it still would not clear. He tried 3 more times, without trying to upsell us. He showed my husband every step of the way.

It was so backed up that the only way to get it really cleared up would be to jet it. Concerned I asked about the price and he gave us a very fair price! He came back and jetted the clean-out. He then came inside the kitchen and cleaned out the pipes on both sides of the sink from the inside out. He and his assistant fully cleaned up after themselves and he didn't charge anything over what we had agreed upon.

If you need an honest plumber, I HIGHLY recommend going with Adrian's All-Purpose Plumbing! We will be recommending him to all of our friends and neighbors.

Adrian was the first to respond when I called for help regarding the water pressure situation at my house. The water pressure has always been an issue ever since we got a water softener 7 years ago. Long story short, my dishwasher began leaking this year and thus began my journey to trace the issue to the source. 4 technicians (and LOTS of $$) later, the source was traced to the water regulator valve.

The water softener technician tinkered with my valve yesterday and said I should replace it. I decided to do some research and got a second opinion. Adrian came and quickly adjusted my valve and told me there was no issue whatsoever. He even purchased a water valve just to be safe before he arrived. He could have easily said that my water valve is broken and needed replacing, but he didn't. He was honest and said it was my call.

As of today, 7 years later, I finally have GREAT water pressure. I can use the kitchen sink and take a shower at the same time. I can even run BOTH showers at the SAME time! It's life changing when someone who knows what they are doing comes to fix something. Thanks Adrian for your help today.
