I had a small project at my home involving both plumbing and heating system alterations, and called Pinney for an estimate. They made an appointment for a few days later and then Adrian showed up on schedule. After taking measurements, etc. he then called me before the end of the day to give me the price and we scheduled the service for a few days after that. Two of their crew showed up, again on schedule, did the work very professionally and I was billed what I expected. I highly recommend them.

We have used Adrian Pinney's company for a couple of big jobs, as well as some service calls: installation of heat pumps and replacing a propane furnace, and found them (and Adrian) to be extremely helpful and competent. Adrian went far beyond the norm in terms of helping us with the service calls. I recommend them most highly.

Very very rude. Adrian was not a nice person to talk to, very condescending and came off like he clearly didn't give a damn what you thought about him or his business. He was rude to my wife who is the sweetest person in the world. We will NEVER do business with Adrian and we will be sure to let everyone we know to stay away from RUDE ADRIAN.
