Shane M.I spoke with Angel Miguel at ADR Plumbing on the phone regarding his services. He agreed to meet my client at her property to perform an inspection and provide a report for an agreed upon fee. The time and date were scheduled. I emailed Angel with the property details, agreed upon fee, time and date of appointment. Angel replied to my email with affirmation. Angel never appeared at the property on the scheduled time and date. Angel never called to cancel or reschedule. I called Angel and email Angel multiple times to determine the reasoning. It was only 6 days later I was able to reach him. Angel stated that he """"didn't want to do it"""" and they are """"too busy"""" for additional work. This is very unprofessional. I expressed my dissatisfaction with his lack of communication and disrespect for the homeowner who waited for him to arrive.
