Julia K.I have recently switched to Krueger for my plumbing needs. They were very proactive in rescheduling the initially appointment to remove my garbage disposal
after an emergency kept them from coming by at the originally scheduled time. The job itself was done very professionally and fast and they even provided additional advice for a future project to remove a defunct bathroom. Will definitely use them for that job as well!
They are nice dependable people and can do all phases of heating air conditioning work, have parts on their truck.
they get in fast and concentrate on the job, i had others talking a mile a minute all kinds of story's, the time that they hang around you will be billed for !
Sally S.Customer service is among the worse I have ever encountered! The office manager claimed I was being rude because I did not agree with her (she kept talking over me) and then hung up on me when I asked to have the owner call asap. They wanted me to pay a second time within a month for freon after the service tech said my unit was fixed during the first service call and it subsequently leaked out again! Obviously they did not fix the ac unit but they did not want to take responsibility. Also told me a part was not under warranty but when I called Trane directly it was. Planning on being dishonest??? Stay away!!
Bill O.We have used Kreuger plumbing for many years and always have had the best service. They are knowledgable, friendly and professional and always have done a terrific job! Thanks to you all at Kreuger, especially Ken and Alan.
As a homeowner of only three years I had used a plumber once who was an owner/operator with no employees. He was great and all but then I had a no water emergency on a Sunday and he doesn't do after hours work. I found this company and called. The on call guy was at my house three hours later. A board was bad in an electrical relay powering my pump and he had one in the truck, replaced it and was out the door in 30 minutes. It really surprised me also that it wasn't a COD job. They billed me a few days later in the mail. These days not too many people have faith like that they'll get paid. It was a couple hundred and change. Not bad at all.
I never give reviews but was so disgusted with my experience I had too. Krueger's office customer service is absolutely horrible. I had to call with an issue with my new heating unit and first spoke to an office representative named Taylor who was rude and condescending, She would not let me ask questions or even engage in the conversation, she just rattled of words to me that made no sense. When I tried to ask a question I got ""if you would let me finish"" Then I asked to speak to her manager Taylor laughed at me then said sure. Michelle the office manager said she heard the conversation and did not offer any apologies but took on the same attitude. I would never recommend this business to anyone. They have had a service man come to my house 3 times only 1 of those times he left a copy of the services he did. I had to call and ask them to email me copies of everything he did!! The one start is to post this review.
S W.I used Krueger Plumbing twice now and I have been very pleased. Once I had a slight emergency with a broken pipe in my wall but all of Krueger's plumbers were booked up that day. Then, the receptionist told me that the owner himself would come out. He did and fixed the problem. I was very impressed. Keeps appointments and shows up on time.
Beatrice T.I use this company a lot as I take care of my moms aging rental properties. They are always prompt and professional and their prices are reasonable.
I found this company to be quite dishonest. They were hired by the water company to convert my house from unmetered to metered --hired by the water company. When their plumber broke a valve that had to be replaced, and after the water company refused to compensate them for it, they billed me! I don't even own the home. After I told them this, they turned me over to a collection agency. Totally unethical
Horrible service. Called them due to a leak on a radiator pipe. They stopped the leak (it was a temporary fix) but left me without heat on the second floor of the house. Called them and they were supposed to come next day - a Friday. Took off from work and they were a no show. Came by Saturday morning, at a weekend rate, and found a new issue as to why I didn't have heat. Tech got the radiators going for a couple of hours and once he left, heat's gone!! So upset and frustrated because I feel I'm being taken advantage off.
