Don't bother, they are general contractors. Not sure why they are posted on Yelp as ""plumbers"". Also, I made an appointment and he never showed...complete FLAKE.

This review is based on one phone call that I made to Admiral & Redondo Plumbing. I am trying to get estimates to re-pipe the condo building that I manage. I called Admiral & Redondo Plumbing and a gentleman answered. I asked if they do estimates for building re-piping and the gentleman said ""we don't do re-pipes at this time"". I then asked ""is there someone you could recommend?"" and he hung up on me.... Really???

I would never recommend a company that can't even muster up a simple ""yes"" or ""no"" and then ""good bye"". How hard is it to be polite on the telephone? Not very hard, folks.

Well I can't review their plumbing skills as I cannot get a call back from this business. My husband has called twice and spoke with Mark. Each time he was told a plumber would call him back the same day. Mark apparently says he texts a plumber in the field and they are supposed to call the customer back. We ended up after a week's run around with waiting for the *texted plumber* to call back. Finally decided to go with someone else who actually calls back and shows up.

Called Admiral and spoke to Dave on New Years Eve after my water heater pilot light went out. You know the only time things like this happen, on a weekend or holiday.

It's a 15 yr old water heater so went and purchased a new one rather than try and fix. Frantically called around to have someone install it, and after being told NO over and over, finally got on to Dave at Admiral and my problem was solved.

Original guy that was supposed to come ended up not being able to, but Dave was on it and quickly found another to take his place. Sent over Adam from A1 (sister company). These guys could not have been nicer.

My water heater is in the garage next to the door springs. Was not an easy install (had to remove springs to door) but they took it in stride. They checked the copper lines and made sure they weren't cracked and were super thorough throughout the 2 hour install. Double and triple checking before splitting.

Really happy with both phases of the process. Dave's courtesy and follow through at the outset, and Adam and his partner's (forgot his name) professionalism. 3pm on New Years Eve is a crappy time to have to install a water heater, but these guys were great.

Needless to say, had hot water for NYE and found myself a new, reliable, friendly plumber in the process!

They did a great job fixing our leaky kitchen faucet. I would have given them 5 stars... but they came later than the time scheduled (almost an hour late).

Although I have used Yelp for years, I never bothered to create an account because I never felt the need to post a review until Admiral.
I found them on Yelp, and they were true to their prior glowing reviews. Shea showed up punctually at 9:00 a.m per appointment. I had spent some time looking for a leak under my sink and was certain it was a hose I had patched up before. However, in a minute, he spotted that it was actually my faucet fixture above the sink. I thought I'd be able to replace that, and Shea insisted on not taking any money for this house call even though it solved a huge headache. (I hope; if I can't fix, then you can bet I'll call Admiral.)
All in all, this was a refreshing experience of dealing with honest, small business. Highly recommend.

We called Admiral Redondo in 2004 after several bad experiences with plumbers in the South Bay area. They were on time, professional and solved several problems with our plumbing no one else seemed to be able to fix. Best experience, called them on Fri after Thanksgiving when kitchen faucet blew up and they were able to find the part and fix same day. Their prices are always reasonable as well. We recommend them very highly.

No hot water in the house, the pilot was out on the water heater, called at 9am, told them I would be home between 3-4pm, they showed up at 315, re lit the pilot, couldn't have been nicer, out of there in 10 minutes tops. I will be calling them every time from here on out.

The guys came out here to inspect my drainage problem. They seemed very knowledgeable and knew where everything was. The initial inspection was for free. They only charged when they started using the snake. I thought the price was fair and actually a little cheaper than most companies. For about 45 min of service with two guys, the price wasn't bad.
