Last Saturday evening I discovered water on my kitchen floor and found a lot of water laying in the cabinet underneath the sink. I quickly put every towel I could find on top of the water to help soak it up and then called Admiral. They could get someone here next morning; that would be fine. Sunday morning they called; said plumber was called to an emergency but would be here next. He still arrived within the hours I was told the evening before. The problem was the garbage disposer which Justin quickly replaced. Being concerned about any water damage he suggested fans which I quickly put in the area to dry the wood out. Very professional plumber; checked everything under the sink and fixed the problem. Everyone from the lady who took my call to the gentleman that arrived and did the work was fantastic. I was a nervous wreck and thankful for how it turned out.

I have use this company and more specifically the wonderful plumber named Ron, twice this week! He is honest and fair and I trust him implicitly in my home. He fixes things right the first time and doesn't try to sell you on other things you don't need. He is a life saver and so so so reliable!

leaky faucet? shower head need plumbing tape? maybe up to changing a fixture. that's all these people could perform i'm guessing. Properly installing a toilet is too big of a job for these guys.

We called Admiral Plumbing on a Friday night and we had a plumber early the next morning. Matt quickly determined what our problem was and gave us the options. We decided to run new plumbing through the entire house to avoid any more major problems. We immediately knew we were in good hands. He explained everything and answered all of our questions. They fit us into the schedule the next week and Matt assisted by Bruno worked three very long days to complete the job. They worked hard not to disrupt us any more than necessary and made the wall patching easier than it might have been. We give them the highest possible rating. We will call Admiral for any future plumbing needs, and we will be sure to request Matt.

I can't complain about this company. They are. Pricey but at least they know what their doing verses all the other company's here in Florida. I had Joe come fix plumbing that another plumber put in wrong for my remodel. I know he's retired now so hoping the others learned well from him. So I've then I've had them come to my house several times and am delighted I can trust them. I recommend them highly.

Terrible from the onset. The first time they were here they were almost 2 hours late. I accepted they're excuse and they gave me an estimate over the phone for outside valve replacement. I set up an appointment to do the job a week in advance and showed up an hour and a half late again. Then they told me they gave me the wrong quote doubling the previous quote so I told them we are done. Update 2/13/18 I received 2 phone calls from the company apologizing and stating they would honor the original price quoted. I told them I already contacted another company for a price but would still consider their apology and offer. They are sending a manager to speak to me tomorrow. More updates to follow. Update 2/19/18. I'm updating this review to 4 Stars. I would give it 5 stars if this how the job went the first time. Tommy and Justin were right on time and did a professional job. The finished under the time frame, were friendly, clean and efficient. Will definitely use again. They went out of their way to make up for any ill feelings. Also Nancy was great too.

Had a buster hot water heater on Christmas Eve. Field crew was out immediately to survey. We decided to replace on the 27th. Prompt, professional, tidy, and under budget! Really nice crew that thoroughly explain the process so we knew what to expect. We've referred them several times since!
