Rude technician, repair did not hold, and more. Took advantage of our emergency situation. Do not use this company.

We are continue to be extremely disappointed in the service we received from Admiral Plumbing. They charged us $815 dollars for a part that costs $307 dollars on Amazon. They replaced a valve, that was less than two years old. They misdiagnosed the problem. The valve did not need replacement, since it was the sprinkler valve that needed replacing. Our landscaper replaced the broken sprinkler valve for $198 dollars. I have contacted Admiral several times. They tell me the issue is under investigation. Two weeks have passed and they still have not refunded my money. They did not present an itemized bill, only a description of work. They sent one plumber, and assistant who used his iPad the entire visit. I was told that they charge by the job, not an hourly rate. The install of the unneeded valve was 15 minutes. Make your own decision about using Admiral. We are still extremely dissatisfied. We are always told someone will contact us. They never do. We need too all them and the answer is always """"we are investigating"""". This is not a joke is for real.

Sean replaced my faucets. Arrived right on time and did a great job. The holes the faucets went into had to be drilled out and it was a little tricky but he fixed it.

Plumber by the name of Lino Morales came to fix my water heater. Seemed fine by the time he left but did not have hot water after and they couldnt come back. Cost a fortune and I had to have someone else come out. He told me the company only cares about the workers sales and how they have to make a certain amount. Wanted me to add more so the amount was higher. On top of it all, this plumber is not licensed and I was told all plumbers for this company is licensed. Very unprofessional. Do Not recommend using that plumber.

In all fairness, they eventually did refund the $10 monthly subscription but that doesn't excuse them from trying to run a scam.

DO NOT USE THEM! EVER! Contacted them to fix the leak of outside hose faucet - the pipe was leaking underground. They sent plumber Richard Hourihan who didn't seem happy he had to dig around the pipe to find where it was leaking. After 1 hour and digging only couple of inches, he told us the leak is somewhere under the concrete of our driveway, and a new line needs to be installed to the main meter!!! He said he was sweaty and is absolutely sure the leak is nowhere near and all the water coming out is streamed up (!) from somewhere else! A week after that we received an estimate from Admiral Plumbing for $ 8,000 to break a lot of concrete and install a new line! But, while waiting fro their estimate we contacted 3 other plumbers and each of them told us Richard didn't dig enough and definitely the leak was coming from that pipe close to surface. So, we chose one of them and yes, they found a leak 1 foot below near the first 90 as they call it, they fix it, cleaned around and covered everything for $ 415! I am shocked Admiral Plumbing tries to rip of customers like that-we will do everything in our power to shut them down!

I contacted Admiral for a water heater issue. They came out the next day and were on time. After that things kind of took a turn. First heater arrived and it was dented so they had to wait for another to come. That one was installed and the crew left. An hour later when I went to use hot water I had none. They had to come out and put in the correct breaker. Two weeks later they called and said they had to come out again because their inspection office noticed something that needed to be installed. Getting it right the FIRST time out is usually what I expect from any service provider. But two additional trips leaves me wondering if I will use them in the future.

I was told by Palm Beach Water that I had a leak. I called Admiral Plumbing. They were absolutely wonderful. There workers were gentlemen and experienced and fixed the leak very professionally. I would definitely recommend them. I am one happy customer.

We contacted Admiral plumbing to replace the hot water heater (HWH) when our tenant at our condo informed us that it had broken. We were out of state at the time, and the service technician gave us a price to replace the HEH and we agreed, stipulating that we would pay for it via credit card once the job was complete. The tenant called later to thank us for getting it fixed and then we waited for the call from Admiral Plumbing. We called several times over the following weeks but still no invoice was sent. Several months went by and we got a call from a company called 'Service Experts' that claimed we had a service contract with them for a hot water heater for around $38 a month for the next 120 months! To make a VERY long story short we wasted three years fighting Admiral Plumbing/Service Experts, including them placing an illegal lien on our property which forced us to pay them over $4,000 in order that we wouldn't default on our condo's sales contract. We FINALLY got an apology from them, and a partial refund but it has been a truly awful experience.

Not Cool!! Wow! I thought this was a good honest business but boy was I WRONG!! I had a """"broken"""" water heater. They came out for a """"free"""" estimate and told me in 2 seconds I need a new water heater and he has it on the truck. It would be only $2415!!! I googled no hot water and called the manufacturer they both suggested a $34.95 tune up kit from lowes which included two elements and two thermostats. I did the whole thing by myself in less than two hours and I have HOTTER water then I ever had! let's see $35 dollars and 2 hours of my time vs a guy telling me its a 16 year old water heater therefore he can't work on it???? I don't like writing negative reviews but these people deserve it. Can you say RIPOFF!!! Literally I now have the Hottest water we've ever had for $34 dollars
