Needed a stop valve replaced and Amy responded to my quote request right away. She directed me to Mindy who picked up after hours and scheduled a tech for the next day for a free estimate. Our time frame was 10-12 and Travis called me at about 8:45 to let me know he could be there right then. Minutes later he was under my sink troubleshooting the problem. He figured out that even though the valve needed to be replaced the water line was the actual problem. I had a stop valve so the price was on the cheaper side. After all the work was done it came out to $150 which I felt was incredibly reasonable. We are new to the area and after the work was done he chatted with me a bit on places to take the kids in PSL. Great experience and we have found our new plumbers.

Avoid this company at all costs. Try to charge $250 a toilet to replace flush valve and seals. 4 toilets for a total of $1000 with an hour labor for each toilet. Got parts online for a little over $100 for all 4 toilets. Tech said it would take and hour to do each toilet (4-hours of labor). I did two in less than an hour, and I am not handy. BUYER BEWARE! In response to the owner's comment. The service person who came to my home was in contact with the """"manager"""" while he was in my home. The manager told your service tech I needed new toilets. That was when I knew your company was trying to pull my a fast one. I asked your tech why would $100+|- in parts cost $1,000 in repairs (keep in mind $1000 total for 4 toilets) he said """"that is how it works."""" No thank you ! I looked up your tech in Florida Department of Business Regulation and he does not appear to be licensed. I did not file a complaint. This Company should be shut down. Not one good thing about it. Made us wait all day. Then when we called because they were passed the 7 hour window they were supposed to come by, they said we missed the appointment. Then they changed their mind and said they were stuck in traffic and will call once the traffic starts moving. There was no traffic. An hour later they said their truck broke down and the office should have contacted us to send someone else out. We called and left messaged and no call back. The Most unprofessional company i have ever used. Do yourself a favor and stay away from them.

Admiral Plumbing is an honest, reliable company with amazing customer service. They give you a quote for the service and stick to it when they do the work. They confirm appointments and let you know exactly who will be showing up to your house and when. Prices are totally in line with other companies but their customer service really puts them over the top! Both Joe and Wayne were great, and Wayne left my bathroom super clean after installing my new toilet. Thank you Admiral Plumbing!

We used Admiral Plumbing to replace a water heater last week, and I'm keeping their number in my phone - they were superb! I called and received a flat rate price, explanation of permits, etc. and they were terrific. The plumber that arrived, Matt, (promptly within the 2 hour window) was professional, friendly, and when he finished the job, cleaned up the work area so you wouldn't know he had been there! Also, Christine in their office was very helpful regarding the permit process, making it very painless. Well done, Admiral Plumbing, you have a very satisfied customer !

Water heater was leaking and I called around for quotes. Admiral gave me an extremely fair quote (because other places I called were trying to insist on unnecessary add ons). They came out quickly and technician was professional, extremely knowledgeable, and friendly. He quickly installed a high quality water heater. If I ever have plumbing issues in the future, I will not hesitate to call admiral again and neither should you. Can't recommend enough.

We were very dissatisfied with how disorganized Admiral plumbing was. Long story short the problem was with a Kohler shower diverter. They could not fix it and tried to substitute a Moen in chrome when we needed brushed satin and we were never told prior to the attempted switch, AND they tried to jack up the agreed price by another $250 to do this substitute.We called another plumber who was able to rectify the problem by simply blowing out the trapped sediment...for hundreds less. AND their office personnel are incompetent...don't know what the word """"followup"""" means.
