The only thing this technician did right was that he showed up in a mask since safety is a number one priority right now. However I've never had a more disrespectful interaction with a technician in my entire life. I've called Admiral before because I've only experienced professionalism from their technicians but oh boy they're standards have dropped. The technician arrived at 9:48 am and was sent out at 9:56am. The technician arrived late barged into my house and made no effort to respect my property. The technician was rude and was unwilling to to answer my questions so why would I let a person with no desire to work service my plumbing needs?? When I could no longer tolerate the disrespectful attitude of this technician I calmly informed him that his services were no longer needed. On top of all of this the tech slammed my door on the way out which is so disrespectful but not unexpected. It took all the will power in my body to let this act go by without me saying something. I have called this company before and they usually are nothing like this and this is utterly disappointing to see this company allowing disrespectful people to be the current face of their company.

Showed up same day. Casey was the plumber. Super friendly and did a great job fixing the main water valve and replacing all the valves to better ones. I'm so thrilled with the job and the cost. I highly recommend them.

Complete nightmare. I agree in that they showed up in 30 minutes, but between the technician that was here and being on the phone with his supervisor they told me I needed leak detection because all my hot water was escaping and not getting to my four bathrooms due to a leak in my slab which is complete nonsense. Additionally they refused to remove my panel and check the temperature the hot water tank was set on and then told me it would be best to replace the RHEEM hot water heater because it was a 2012 hot water heater to the tune of just a small monthly payment for a 10 year warranty for $4,000 for a new hot water heater. The tech also told me my recirculating pump was installed incorrectly when the manual shows it installed on top of the tank. To add insult to injury they told me that I first had to fix the leak in between the meter outside and my house before they would fix anything although I called them for my hot water heater and the outside leak had nothing to do with anything except increasing my water bill. It turns out that my recirculating pump had an air lock and the reason the hot water was not circulating properly and there is nothing wrong with my hot water heater. These guys are CON ARTISTS and we did not listen to the bad information, the hot water slab leak or allow them to fix the leak between the meter and the house!

I have used them twice so far and am very pleased with the service. The girls in office are extremely nice and easy to deal with.

Positive 5* office customer service, good follow up & polite 5* quality skilled technicians Negative * value IMO, Admiral are Price Gougers. My advice is to request for itemized costs, including receipts. They will tell you that they do not do that but rather, Admiral charges a flat fee. That is fair...if it makes sense. I've used Admiral in the past & I've been very happy with customer service & quality work. However, ignorance was bliss when I just paid & did not do my due diligence. I had a recent experience 4/2020 which raised a RED FLAG It was so blatantly obvious that I called them out for insulting my intelligence to actually think that I would not notice inflated costs after comparing the same job receipt from 2014. * 2014 - I hired Admiral to remove & replace electric water heater for $800 [$150 permit + $650 new water heater & labor]. * 2020 - My estimate to remove & replace electric water heater under 2014 warranty was ~$865 [$225 permit + $640 labor] I questioned how 2020 invoice WITHOUT cost of a new water heater because it was being replaced under warranty could possibly cost me more than in 2014 when I had to purchase a new water heater. Owner responded that business expenses increased. Ok, good answer. I responded that I can call city hall or look online for permit cost & it was only $79, not $225 & apparently I was taken advantage of inflated permit charge back in 2014 for $150. He responded that the difference was office processing fee. Ok, another good answer. How can I argue with a business owner's increased expenses? After much squabble with Admiral, my original estimate of $865 was lowered to $650 with management discounts. I called another plumber from Homeadvisor, Peerless Plumbing. Peerless informed me that the permit cost would be $0 if I used Admiral, the original plumbing service that installed the water However, if I use Peerless, a new plumbing service then City Hall charges $79 but they do not charge """"administrative fee"""" since it takes only 10 minutes to go online to apply. I chose to go with Peerless Plumbing where I was provided with copy of a new permit and itemized invoice that was supported by receipts $429 [$79 new permit + labor $$350].

Quality of work was excellent. Had an issue with the flat rate pricing, after the job was finished much quicker than I expected. Managment did the right thing, and adressed my concerns about pricing, in the end I believe I was treated fairly.

Faucet was leaking. Called made appointment for next day. Alerted early that they were on their way which included the serviceman's name. Arrived right on time assessed problem. Needed new faucet. Nick Smith was amazing. Offered me faucet options but were a bit pricey for my budget. Waited in truck while I ran to Home Depot. Got a Moen faucet he did the install and allowed me to save 60.00 by getting my own faucet. Great customer service. I use them at my commercial kitchen as well. Reliable and like everything else you get what you pay for. Nick even offered to put everything back from under the sink!!! Amazing

Regarding our plumbing issue, the customer service manager contacted us and wanted to """"make things right"""". He said customer care and satisfaction was of utmost importance. We are satisfied with the resolution. The company did make things right.
