Worse diagnosis of my furnace ever. Had home warranty and tech said it was dust that was causing my walls and floor to shake when the furnace kicked on. A real have company came out and replaced it.

Pros

I used admiral plumbing multiple times through my home warranty. I enjoyed working with them the 3+ times I used them. They will always get the job done and are responsive

Cons

When I decided to use them for a non home warranty related project with my gas hookups, the person on the phone seemed like he really did not want the project and quoted my twice the price that other heating and cooling companies gave.

When they installed my water heater the 2nd time, they broke the harness that holds it in place, then charged me 100 dollars to fix it. (Probably they never knew that the broke it, I probably should have said something)

It really depends on how you use them and who comes to help. The first couple times great, the last couple of times a bit rushed and grumbly

I had guests coming over that afternoon and my guest toilet was clogged. I called them and even though they were booked til the afternoon, they were able to sneak me in in-between job sites. They were in and out in 10 minutes and my toilet is still flushing great.

My hot water heater went out and they were able to come out the next day to check it out. It turned out I needed a whole new one so they spoke with my warranty company to get a new one, picked it up and got a new floor plate too. They stayed a while to ensure the job was done correctly and did a much better job than the previous installer. Now we have hot water and it looks a lot better then it did before. I would trust them on any future repairs. Plus, they had good prices.

Customer service was excellent. Thomas stayed late to make sure that the problem was fixed and that we were happy. Will use again for any plumbing issues we have in the future.

Good repair but communication was... lets say not the best.

Additionally, the first time they came out they lit the pilot light on our water heater and went to leave. It was like pulling teeth to get them to run a test to see if anything else was wrong. There was.

They came out like an hour after I called them. They explained and showed me what was wrong with my furnace and he was able to get the part and install it the next day, the part store was closed December 26 as it was observed as a holiday. They were fast friendly and honest. It was fairly priced as well

These guys are dishonest. They kept pushing me to buy things only to find out I did not need them. They insisted they I had a crack in my line and recommend a friend of theirs to scope the line who was even more dishonest and clearly was only out to make a buck. They wanted ten thousand dollars to fix what they insisted was wrong. Admiral would not guarantee their work because he knew it was a broken pipe. Got a second opinion who did the same work as Admiral plus scoped the line. Funny, there is not a break in the line just a bunch a sludge that has built up over the years. The line just needed to be flushed. That cost two hundred dollars. Would warn people to stay far away from these guys. They only want your money and tell you lies about what is wrong with your plumbing.

Admiral Plumbing responded to my call quickly and scheduled an appointment within a reasonable amount of time. Their office staff was very helpful. They called me before coming to let me know they were on their way. The plumbers came within the time they said they would. Mike and Jared were very professional. They worked quickly and got the problem fixed without any issues. I have worked with much less professional plumbers. These guys were great. I will definitely call them again.
