We requested service from ADL to have our fireplace fixed.
Our fireplace stopped working the day of our Christmas party. We were so lucky to be able to get a hold of Tony just a few hours before our Christmas party was supposed to start. He was able to figure out what the problem was, went to purchase the correct parts, and was able to fix it in less than an hour. Not only did he fix it, he improved/replaced the pipe where the flames come out of. It's been working great ever since.
He was very professional, reasonably priced, and exceptional service. We have them on speed dial.
Totally saved our party. Everyone loved the ambience of the fireplace.

I'd like to give a good review, but when it came to the final bill we were floored. I'm not going to go into the ""He said, she said"" regarding monitoring costs - doesn't matter at this point. However, what I will state is Anthony Lane/ADL Plumbing was referred by a trusted GC so there was some implied trust that we now regret. We contacted the GC to alert him and bottom line, the GC regrets the referral and we feel stupid. For if it were not for the referral, we would have approached this differently, which I'm pretty sure ADL knew to leverage. Now that I'm writing and recalling things, it was all super shady - just don't use them.

5/6/19 Anthony Lane Owner of ADL stayed at my custom home on AIRBNB. A shower valve was leaking he said he was a plumber and would fix it.
By coincidence his AIRBNB payout matched the cost of the repair. Valves continued to leak and after sometime I replaced them only by Special Order at Home Depot. The Old Copper Valves were still in place and leaking. Now he claims he rebuilt old valves!? Won't refund my money and just hung up on me?!?

Simply put: Tony is a fricken genius. I love him. We recently had a leak in our bathroom that wreaked havoc in our house. I went through three plumbers. They each tore up my house. All of them told me the same thing: there was no leak, just water seeping out of small gaps in our shower stall. This made no sense which is why a kept getting ""second opinions"". Finally, Tony came into my life. He's a wizard. He found the leak and fixed other fixtures in the bathroom that I was told by others plumbers needed to be replaced. I'm never calling anyone else for plumbing work again. Use Tony for all of your plumbing work. There is no one else.
