While ADK did not finish the job they started, I'd still give them 4/5 based on my interaction with them. Had a leak on front yard. They came out, started digging heat a tree root and and decided that the job was too much for them. They didn't asked to be paid anything, so I respect that. They were nice. I was able to find another plumber to come and do the job. Surprisingly, they guys that did the job didn't ask for money until they found the leak. It worked out for me at the end.

I debated writing this, but I am just so angry, and I feel like others should be warned of this.
My shower wasn't turning all the way off/leaking, and I needed a shower cartridge replacement. This man came out and did a free quote on Friday, and quoted me $685. He told me they needed to give my building 24 hours notice, so it would push it to the weekend. If we waited until Monday, $485. I thought this seemed fishy, as I have my own water shut-off valve & it does not affect my neighbors in any way. I ended up watching a YouTube tutorial & just buying the part myself ($23.99 at ace hardware) and I fixed it on my own. I'm just appalled that this man wanted to charge me so much money for a $23 part and what was, for me, about 15 minutes of labor. That is a scam right there. I just wanted to get the word out about this predatory practice. It just made me feel really gross the way he tried to take advantage of me like that, because I'm a single woman living alone.
Go to YouTube- they have tons of tutorials. This job was not hard, at all. $685 give me a break lmao. Unreal

I bought a water softener and needed it to be installed. ADK was highly rated and quick to respond to my inquiry. They were fast, fair and easy to work with. We had multiple issues with the softener itself (no fault of ADK) but they were quick to work with us to make sure that we were squared away. I highly recommend them.

ADK did a totally awesome job on two of my plumbing problems. They installed a pressure reducing valve on my mother in laws old home in Lakeway and they also located the unidentified pressure reducing valve in my townhouse downtown. Chris went above and beyond to dig way into the dirt and find the valve when a bunch of other plumbers and the city of austin refused to hustle after it. Super happy and super fair price. I've found my new go to plumbers.
