This company is just great! My ac/furnace units are over 20 years old, and downstairs ac compressor is out on a Friday late afternoon right before Memorial Day. Friday 11:30pm, I sent a request for a free quote inquiry online, and Saturday early morning I got phone call from Mark at 8:30am, and 9:30am, he showed up in my house and start to inspect the situation! He and his crew are polite and professional throughout the full process. They told me they are doing this for their whole life and I can verify this by observing their work progress. They (a crew of 6 experienced guys) successfully completed the replacement of both systems within 7 hours with professional manner and affordable price. Finally, they pulled the permit for their job and the county inspector will show up in my house this coming Friday! I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is in need of the ac/heating services, especially when you are in an emergency. They deserve more than 5 stars!

Zero Stars is my true score.....It's May and it's hot. Too hot to be without A/C. I had an appointment on Saturday 5/26 between 8-12 no one showed. I called and Matt told me he had blocked his schedule for the day and didn't have any appointments so the office must have made a mistake. He offered to come as soon as he could and I accepted. Within 10 minutes he called me back stating traffic was bad and asked if he could come on Sunday instead. I agreed, after all it wasn't his personal fault. He promised to call me at 8am and be at my home by 8:30am. Here it is 8:49 and I have not heard from him and he is not answering the phone. This is unacceptable and terrible customer service. I am a new homeowner and you had 2 chances to develop a relationship with a new client and have failed.

Called about an HVAC issue. They got a technician out in 2 hrs and Matt was great. Will recommend this company and will call them again if i need anything.

Call anybody but these guys I worked for him for 8 months still owes me money from days I worked I move my family down here from Pennsylvania to start a new career with this company. Wait till Christmas to tell me to hold tight on my paychecks after he promised to keep me busy year-round. Most of the time had to get money out of my own pocket for the gas in the vehicles does the gas cards credit cards never worked soon-to-be out of business had to call the labor board still waiting on my last paychecks personally saw at least three furnaces changed out that didn't need changed due to have bad Heat exchangers when they weren't bad at all total rip-off don't use this company

You can't get better customer service.

We used this company to replace both of our heat pumps in the past. Just recently we had a problem with one of our heat pumps and called to get help. They came out found the problem, fixed it, but that wasn't the end to the story. Unfortunately for us, the first problem was only part of a bigger issue. We called back the next morning and they came out and found that fixing the first issue lead them to the second issue. They fixed that only to find that the final issue was a bad electrical short. They replaced the last part and we have heat!

I cannot thank Mark, Quaid and the rest of the team enough for their dedication in helping us! As a small business owner myself, I know what it means to put the customer first and this company gets it too!

Do not use!!!!!! We used this company only because it was one approved by our home warranty for repairs. It took them 3 days to even get us on the schedule. It's summer And they're busy, we get it. But when they finally came out it only took 15 minutes which was good I guess but told us that we would need an electrician to repair some wiring and that they would report that further action was needed to our home warranty company and they would take it from there. They did not. It was over Memorial Day weekend so we gave the electrician additional time to call us. Turns out they were never contacted because Adjustable dropped the ball and did nothing after making the initial service call. Also, I had to call the day before to get a time frame for when they would be coming out, they didn't contact me. We will not be using this company again.

Worst company ever! Cut me a ""deal"" on A/C unit. Installed poorly, rudest people I've ever met. They have no earthly idea what they're doing. Installed wrong size A/C in my house, they replaced it but it kept breaking down. Had someone come out behind them. Showed me where they installed an part backwards never mind it had an arrow pointing which way it should go. The deal he cut me has cost me more in repairs after installation then if I would have just went with someone else and had it done right. One more issue an might be making a trip to the courthouse.

Our system is a bit older and not heating as well as it should be. Well I called this company to find out about scheduling to have my heat looked at which was a joke. I spoke with some woman elena who was rude and wouldn't listen to what I was trying to tell her. We used to have a home warranty on our home but after several disappointing services we cancelled that policy. I tried explaining that to the woman on the phone but she seemed like she couldn't be bothered and wanted me to contact my warranty company. If I had to deal with that trying to get this company out I can only imagine the service to come. I did not call this company back for service and found another company willing to service our home.

This company was absolutely awful to deal with! They spent 2 minutes at my house ""diagnosing"" an issue and it didn't even end up being the issue. We had to call another company out to ""fix"" what should've been fixed by this company. Now we are out of a few hundred dollars & THEY NEVER CALL YOU BACK!!!
I will NEVER use this company again!

Company should be called ZeroStar Services - they deserve Zero Stars, and that's being generous!

Very poor experience - A/C broke in middle of this hot Charlotte summer - it took them 4 (FOUR!) weeks to get the part. Customer service is as bad as I've ever experienced. Would not return phone calls or texts.

Please save yourself a headache and find a better company.
