Do not use!!!!!! We used this company only because it was one approved by our home warranty for repairs. It took them 3 days to even get us on the schedule. It's summer And they're busy, we get it. But when they finally came out it only took 15 minutes which was good I guess but told us that we would need an electrician to repair some wiring and that they would report that further action was needed to our home warranty company and they would take it from there. They did not. It was over Memorial Day weekend so we gave the electrician additional time to call us. Turns out they were never contacted because Adjustable dropped the ball and did nothing after making the initial service call. Also, I had to call the day before to get a time frame for when they would be coming out, they didn't contact me. We will not be using this company again.

Worst company ever! Cut me a ""deal"" on A/C unit. Installed poorly, rudest people I've ever met. They have no earthly idea what they're doing. Installed wrong size A/C in my house, they replaced it but it kept breaking down. Had someone come out behind them. Showed me where they installed an part backwards never mind it had an arrow pointing which way it should go. The deal he cut me has cost me more in repairs after installation then if I would have just went with someone else and had it done right. One more issue an might be making a trip to the courthouse.

Our system is a bit older and not heating as well as it should be. Well I called this company to find out about scheduling to have my heat looked at which was a joke. I spoke with some woman elena who was rude and wouldn't listen to what I was trying to tell her. We used to have a home warranty on our home but after several disappointing services we cancelled that policy. I tried explaining that to the woman on the phone but she seemed like she couldn't be bothered and wanted me to contact my warranty company. If I had to deal with that trying to get this company out I can only imagine the service to come. I did not call this company back for service and found another company willing to service our home.

This company was absolutely awful to deal with! They spent 2 minutes at my house ""diagnosing"" an issue and it didn't even end up being the issue. We had to call another company out to ""fix"" what should've been fixed by this company. Now we are out of a few hundred dollars & THEY NEVER CALL YOU BACK!!!
I will NEVER use this company again!

Company should be called ZeroStar Services - they deserve Zero Stars, and that's being generous!

Very poor experience - A/C broke in middle of this hot Charlotte summer - it took them 4 (FOUR!) weeks to get the part. Customer service is as bad as I've ever experienced. Would not return phone calls or texts.

Please save yourself a headache and find a better company.

These guys came out for warranty work. They did a pretty good job. We would use them again the only reason I would give 4 stars in stead of 5 is I was told the lady at the front desk would call me and she never did. Not to throw her under the bus, but just to give a true review.

I was referred to Adjustable Service through the 2-10 Home Warranty Program. We wanted out heating system testing for CO prior to listing it. The tech, Alex, was very thorough and professional. A couple of weeks later during the buyer's inspection it was noted that the furnace was not working. I called A S and they sent a tech out the next day. This time it was the thermostat that had failed. It was replaced and all is well with the system. I will use this company in the future.

Worst service ever! Wish I could put NO STAR... I would never use this company ever again.
I was referred to them by my warranty company to fix my a/c unit for my condo and it took them several months and several no shows to finally fix the a/c.

I had to call to schedule my own appointment and was told the day of my appointment that it was never scheduled and this happened two times! I was hung up on two times by the front desk lady name Donna who always acts like she doesn't know anything, but is the one that sets up my appointments that was never put into the book.
I was able to speak to the owner Mark who at first I thought was genuine and cared and was going to really help me, but he never followed through to the end as he promised to make sure I received a better experience than the first. No one took ownership of what I was having to go through with their company so I called my warranty company to try and switch, but they recommended me to stay with Adjustable svcs since my parts were ordered already. The last appointment I got from adjustable svcs was because a manager from the warranty company had to conference call them with me to make sure I got another appointment in and confirmed. Trust me.... This is just the short version of the BS I had to go through with his company!

I am so glad this nightmare is finally over with! I'm not sure if it's even fixed correctly since this is a rental property, but I'm going to assume it is.

First time I've used Mark and Adjustable Services, Inc. Mark, remotely, along with his crew Dave & Bob on site replaced my A/C condenser fan motor. They were on time, called ahead and worked diligently to replace the motor and check electrical signals/connections.
First motor failed, they apologized pledged to return and came back the next day with another motor. I did not have to be home. Works great! fair price and warranty. This is a good, local small contractor with the wherewithal to perform the way you expect them to and like you want.... with full integrity. I'll use these folks again! Terrible from start. Lazy and rude. Dont expect to have anyone from the company call you to update you on repairs. Flat out refuses to give you any idea when they will be to your house (good luck working that into your schedule). Combative on the phone.
