Rich W.Great company. We had our furnace break down at our church and they came out on a Saturday. Ron was very helpful and worked for several hours to get one of the two up and running. He did not have the part for the other, but was very forthcoming about this and he said they would call us when they got the parts. He did not have to spend his Saturday afternoon working on our furnace, but he did and was cheerful. I would recommend Adirondack to anyone that asks and especially Ron. They are a great company.
Mom D.I am new to the area and the previous homeowners recommended Adirondack Mechanical for my plumbing needs. The first time I called them out, they arrived and told me that when they got the call they knew they couldn't help me, but came out, didn't even look, and charged me for the call. The next time I called months later, they said they couldn't get here for a week. I scheduled an appointment but found someone else to do the work. I cancelled the appointment a couple of days before. I again requested service and they told me to find another plumber.
