Andy was fantastic! I had a great experience with them and they came over very quickly explained everything. They located and fixed the leaks from an old, rusty and collapsed drain pipe behind the wall under the sink. The price was fair and honest upfront. He even fixed another minor leak from the valve without additional charge. The job was done efficiently and professionally and they cleaned up after themselves. It's challenging to find a trusted plumber, and I am so happy to find Adh Plumbing for any future plumbing work. I highly recommend their reliable service.

We just moved into a new house in Altadena and our garbage disposal was acting funky in a few ways (clogged, couldn't figure out why it wouldn't turn on, possibly leaking), so I contacted ADH. They were able to come fix it within a couple of hours with a reasonable price, and were very helpful and friendly. Will definitely call again next time we need a plumber!

It's my pleasure to leave positive reviews for work well done. We have a place w/ questionable work done by prior contractors. Andy & his brother Sam responded quickly, assessed the problems & communicated the best way to address the issues. Aside from all that, they were more than kind in pivoting with my crazy schedule; some people might have stopped taking my calls! Knowledgeable, kind & honest people that I would gladly call again & I can feel comfortable encouraging anyone to call if they need a good plumber.

Plumbing is not cheap but what is today? We were both very clear on what work was to be done. I feel that we got our money's worth & peace of mind that they stand behind their work.

Andy was great to work with. He was timely and helped me understand what the process looks like for replacing our toilet. Additionally, he helped check the dimensions of the new one I was purchasing to make sure it fits properly. He was on time and professional.

Installed my new ""smart"" toilet"" the morning after my call, --and did it in less than an hour! Also showed up at the appointed time. Took a few minutes to review the manufactures manual. These folks can actually read and speak English!

I lost touch with Andy after I got a new phone, but was able to find him on Nextdoor because of how many happy customers he has.
He and his brother are friendly, knowledgeable and fair. They are determined to fix the problem as quickly and reasonably as possible.
Very nice guys!!!!

SoCal gas came out to check for gas leaks after we noticed a faint smell on our property. On their 2nd trip, they finally found the leak coming from the connection going into the dryer. I called Andy to ask him if he'd be able to fix the leak. He let me know that he was busy but he's be able to send someone to fix and replace the connection.

I've called Andy on several occasions to fix a couple of small leaks and to clean out 6 tankless water heaters. Didn't have an issue with the leaks and he was able to fix them quickly and at a ""reasonable"" price. But with cleaning out the water heaters he wanted to charge a few hundred dollars for each tankless. When I spoke to him about the price, his argument was that it was partly due to the cost of the 5 gallons of vinegar per unit he would need to clean it out. Ok so at 3.50, 5 would equal 17.50 per unit, but would take an hour to run it to the tankless heaters. Fine, we worked out a price, still high and gave him the benefit of the doubt.

Now back to the gas leak. After having gone through the last project, this time, I decided to take a closer look at his invoice and charges. I was in total shock. Almost 200 dollars for a connector with a valve, 3 joints, a single 3"" and a 6"" pipe. And that's just for supplies. I immediately called him to talk to him about the price, thinking it may have just been a mistake, but no, he claims that he gets his supplies from Ferguson and that the cost of brass valves is expensive. He claimed that each valve was 30 and that he used 2 valves. I told him that it still doesn't add up. He then said that he'd send me an invoice as a gesture of goodwill.

A few days later I head over to the dryer to take a look at the repair. The first thing I notice is that the replaced valve was used and not even new. Looks like it was dug up from someone else's yard and brought over and installed. (Take a look at the photos, with dirt all over). Furthermore, there is no 2nd valve. I jot down the Brasscraft model number and check online. HD has it for 25.35 NEW.

I call Andy and sent him messages to which he has not responded to. At this point I can't help but feel lied to and ripped off. Not only was the price marked up 650% but it wasn't even new. I will contact the state board and request a refund for the valve. Please be careful when dealing with ADH plumbing, they are crooks, liars and thieves dressed as plumbers.

During my complaint to the State License Board, I found that this company used to operate under the name FLOW TECH PLUMBING, which is now suspended by the FTB and the Secretary of State. Customers beware.

My one-pc toilet was leaking at the base and after talking with Andy with ADH Plumbing on the price (very reasonable) he was over at my place in 20 mins and had the repair completed correctly in 30+ mins. He was respectful of my wood flooring, wiped up water spills, and used new parts. He did not try to upsize the job as other plumbers do. I would highly recommend Andy and his crew. I plan to use him to repipe my cast iron sewer lines.
Thank you Andy

I'm so glad we found Andy and it's my pleasure to give him a 5-star rating! We had a gas leak in our house and the Gas Company had to shut off our gas until it was repaired. I spoke with Andy and he and his brother came out the next morning and diagnosed our situation. They found several leaks and repaired everything quickly and efficiently and at a reasonable price. He takes great pride in his work. It's great to work with a local, family-owned business. I highly recommend Andy and his company.
