Since 1985, I have been providing residential plumbing and gas installations and repairs. I gladly install fixtures that you’ve selected from your favorite home improvement retailer. I offer top-quality name brand water heaters, both gas and electric, and I will dispose of your old unit for a single low fee. I can assist you in obtaining Peoples Gas rebates for certain water heaters.
We gladly take cash and checks for your convenience.
While supervising plumbing for a large mechanical firm during the building of the Tampa Bay Performing Arts Center, I established Adelphi Plumbing. At first, I operated part-time until TBPAC was finished. I obtained a subcontract to switch electric water heaters to gas for Peoples Gas Tampa. I initiated the installation of residential gas systems in the Tampa area for several builders. Florida State Certified Master Plumber.

I had a pretty bad leak in a pipe leading to my house. I called John Kayiales,the owner of Adelphi Plumbing. He arrived at my house in less than an hour. He was very professional and went right to work. Although there was a lot of physical labor,he replaced some pipes and had the problem fixed in an hour. I will call him again if there is a problem with the plumbing in my house. His prices are very reasonable.

John showed up, flushed our toilet a few times, did not fix anything because he said nothing was wrong with it. Then he told us we owed him almost a hundred bucks! For what...Flushing a toilet? My husband asked, """"Don't you think that's a little high?"""" We were happy to pay John something, but definitely felt what we paid him was not a mere reflection of the service we received.
