We were on vacation for one week and came back to home sweet home except for a broken water heater. I called everyone on yelp and nobody would even look at my tankless electrical water heater. That is nobody except for Paster Plumbing and their amazing ace Min who came by immediately, even put on special shoe covers so he wouldn't get any dirt in our apt. He was so friendly and explained all of the options to make sure we were completely informed and made personal and professional recommendations on what to do. We will always come back to Plaster for any plumbing needs but mostly because of Min's service.

If you want your 86 year old father to try to be scammed out of over $4,000 then call this company. My father used Ed paster for years and then the company was sold. I called them on numerous occasions to try to explain that they overcharged my father. I finally had to get a meeting with my husband, paster plumbing and another plumber to meet at my fathers house. Paster plumbing finally admitted that they used a code and overcharged my father. Although he did receive a refund, had I not had to call, call and then start to threaten, my poor father would have been out that money. This is the worst company ever. DON'T EVER USE THEM!!

I've used Paster Plumbing for about 8 years now and they have always been excellent. Today I needed something installed and something else repaired. Ivan Campos is the plumber who came and did the work. Ivan is extremely nice, friendly, and, most of all, a great plumber. His work was quick, expertly performed, and the area he worked was left cleaner than he found it. All in all, I really like this place and their prices are reasonable.

We had some issues with the wrong plumbing delta faucet but price pfister plumbing for our new bathroom. The tile was already in and now we had to disassemble. Totally bummer.

We got the run around from a couple places, that even cut holes into walls and said to find somebody else. Well I finally did. Past Plumbing came the very next day and then Min came to save the day. Paster and the team took over the whole project and got it completed in less than a week.

Min was a great guy who got everything done to perfection.

We had used Paster Plumbing for many years before it was sold. Recently, when we had a leak in the slab of our dining room, we called the new company for service. Donny came out to assess the problem and he gave us a price which sounded high, but since a leak under your carpeted floor is an emergency, we allowed him to proceed . We also called our home insurance company and they agreed to send an adjuster out the same day. The adjuster asked the plumber that the work be left uncovered for inspection, but by the time the adjuster arrived, Donny had covered up the work. The adjuster spoke to Donny and asked for specific reasons for the high cost of the job ($3,400) and did not receive answers that satisfied him. The adjuster told us that he thought the job was worth half of what they had charged. He was also very upset about the evasive answers Donny gave to his question about the work.

We later called other plumbing companies and the estimates we received were half of what we paid Paster Plumbing for the same work.

I called the Paster Plumbing to discuss the issues above, and I left messages, but never heard from anyone in return. It pains me to write this review because we had trusted the Paster family for so many years. What a shame that after the sale of the company it has come to this!

I had a plumbing issue and another company wanted to charge me $2000.00 to cap off a main line. I called Paster Plumbing and they sent I guy out. I told him I would like to try clamping the leak to see if it would hold. Two hours later the leak is gone and my water is on. They told me I should really replace the section of pipe and I'm sure they are right, but they didn't force the upsale on me. I will be calling them for my next plumbing needs.

Late June 2017 - Our water heater went out on a Friday night (naturally!) so we immediately called Pastor Plumbing who had been excellent in the past. She knew they would also be on the high side but their work has always been top notch as well as their service. James showed up an hour or so later but was unable to replace the water heater so just made sure the water was turned off - with a promise to return in the morning with a new water heater. From there it was a comedy of errors although not one bit funny. We finally had hot water later on Saturday but leaks and problems abound until the following Friday night when it was all finally resolved. We got the previous water heater from Pastor which is why we called them back. At that time (also a weekend as I recall) 2-3 guys were here in no time and boom! It was done and done very well. I am not criticizing James for his work because he was very good but the kid was exhausted. He was here well after 7 PM a couple of times due to extremely poor scheduling from the office. I want to add that Chris also came out on Sunday and took care of a bad fitting that James had gotten from the company's stock. After having polite but firm words with the dispatcher, I received a call from the company's manager the following day. It was appreciated but way too late to convince me this review isn't necessary. We later discovered that this is no long Pastor plumbing... which we could have guessed from the very poor customer service. I am very sorry this has happened because we really thought very highly of this company. Hopefully, they will hire more guys so they can give the good quality service we expected. Their plumbers are good but not the management at this point.

Do not recommend. They were rude and 3x the price of the other plumbers that came out and fixed the same problem. Do not use!!
