Just to be sure that this place gets its due, an update is needed.

For my first review, I mentioned that I hadn't actually gotten any work done yet. Well now our work is complete, and I'm as happy with this place as I was when I wrote my review!

When I called to make my appointment with Jay, I mentioned that our pressure regulator (learned that from Jay) was making a lot of noise and that, until Jay could make it out, what should we do in the meantime? Chris, who is the person with whom I spoke on the phone, mentioned that he would have Jay call me when he got into the office in about 15 minutes (it was the end of the day on Friday). Jay not only called, but he stopped by to do the quick replacement of the regulator, as he knew that it was going out and knew that if it broke in the interim, we could have burst pipes in the house, etc. He even apologized that he needed to pick up parts and also pick up his daughter before coming by our house! What service! I of course told him to take his time and not at all feel that he should rush! The work was completed quickly and cordially. We were ready to pay for that portion and Jay said he would just ""square up"" with us on Tuesday when he came to do everything else.

Tuesday afternoon, everything was perfect. I really can't speak highly enough of Jay or of Paster Plumbing. I've spoken with Chris on the phone numerous times and he's been kind and helpful every time. The prices are reasonable, the work is done quickly, and everyone is so nice! Not that I want to have much more plumbing work done in the future, but when it is necessary, I will call them immediately! You should too.

We found a great plumber!

We had a huge leak in our backyard, a leaking main, and no shut off valve for our sprinkler. Jay from Paster plumbing came to the rescue. Come to find out the leak was from our neighbors yard but the other two items could be fixed.

He provided us a free and fair estimate. We had him come back and he did a great job with all the work. Check off another go to company when we have home improvement or issues with any plumbing in the future.

I had clogged drains wednesday night,called pasor and sons thursday morning and the problem was fixed by noon.The plumber was professional,clean and thorough.I will only call them for all my plumbing needs from now on.It makes it easy that there local too.

I picked these guys because they were close by and their reviews looked genuine (lots reviewers with many reviews). I had an issue that needed immediate attention and they were available right away. (They seem to have at least 5 trucks so not a 1-man operation.)

The service tech was clean, very nice, and resolved the issue about as quick as I could expect. Recommended.

I will only use Paster Plumbing for any of my future plumbing needs. With their service, I always feel assured that they will take care in what they are working on as well make sure that when they leave that everything is left clean. I was really satisfied with the last service they did for us which was replacing my Kitchen faucet. It was all done quickly, neatly and efficiently. All in all, I will always recommend Paster Plumbing, they will not let you down.

Well, I am pretty sure they must be good plumbers however my experience was not so favorable. I first called them because the pilot light in my 5 year old water heater kept going out. After a couple of weeks of this I called the plumbers out not knowing what was wrong. A couple of guys from Ed Paster & Son came right out and basically barely looked at it and for $50 gave me a spiel about how horrible my Home Depot water heater was and I was about due for a new one and they could sell me their brand of much better water heaters for about $1000 - $1500. They made a quick $50 but they lost all my confidence when I called the manufacturer and in two minutes they walked me through a simple sweep of a brush below the heater to clear 5 years of dust from the air in-take grille and I have been enjoying hot showers ever since along with some valuable knowledge about maintaining my water heater along with the fact I have a 12 year warranty, which means I have another 7 or more years left on my water heater, so even if I did need a new heater I'd be covered under the manufacturers warranty.
I decide to write this because every time I turn on the hot water I think about how much money I would have wasted had I believed their spiel!

Used Pastor for the first time, with Angie's List referral. Had major leak under sink. They came out quickly, quickly diagnosed and repaired. Friendly, and competent. Very reasonably priced. Sorry I had not called them before. Will defnintely use them again.

I had a minor plumbing problem and I looked to Yelp for help. Yelp gave me the name of a good plumber, right down the street that, came to my house in one hour, and fixed my problem. The guy on the phone and the tech that came out were friendly and honest.

I used Pastor Plumbing for the first time today as I had a leak under my bathroom sink. From the initial phone call to the fast response, start to finish they were great! They are very professional and do quality work for a good rate. I would recommend Pastor to anyone looking for a new plumber. Thanks guys!!!
