This company should have 5 stars here. The work crew was great and the offered solutions that would make the problem never come back. The prices seemed a bit high to me (over $10k), but what do I know. Even if so, I'm ok paying a little more for good work.

The down side is that I used my charge card for the deposit. I told them not to use it for the remainder without my permission. Three times they charged it before the work was done and three times I called to have them reverse it and reiterated to not charge without my permission. It should be illegal for them to charge without permission. It is at least unethical in my opinion. Therefore, I'd think twice before using them again due to the unethical charging.

I have been using Paster and Plumbing for a good 20 years +. As they have grown they have not lost the reason I use them at our office and homes.

Min arrived and showed the same professionalism that I have known and expect with Paster Plumbing. He diagnosed, repaired in no time. He has the knowledge, direct, fast with joy for his job. Fantastic service by Min; which is the standard.

We have used Paster for over five years and we keep recommending them for their honesty. Unfortunately they are not Honest any longer. We call them this week as our bathtub was clogged they charged us almost $400.00 and they wanted $2,000.00 for the bathtub work. Needless to say we could not afford it so we did it ourselves for less than $10.00. We will not be using them any longer, not recommending them again.

We had the worst experience with them. We have a rental property and discovered we had a leak after getting a $2,000 water bill. A plumber Troy came out and supposedly fixed a hose bibb, saying that was the problem. The water company wanted to help us and asked for a detailed invoice. He gave us one but it was very vague. I contacted him and asked if he could please state how undetected this leak was, that no one could see it. He agreed then blew me off. Called to talk to a supervisor and no response either. So that bill didn't get reduced. By the way this was in July. Fast forward to October and we have another $2,000 bill, talked to the water company and guess what, there was still a leak!! Turns out it was another undetected water heater that had been leaking for months. Again this is a rental property in another state. So moral of the story is, the first plumber never found the problem, even if the hose Bibb was leaking, he should have known that wouldn't cause a $2,000 water bill. I really should charge this company for my second $2,000 water bill since I believed the leak had been stopped and our renters never said anything. So go somewhere else if you want the problem solved the first time, could have saved us a lot of money. Also a lot of experienced plumbers will help you with the water company and know the right thing to say to describe the issue. This guy was a kid. Btw I'm not the type of person to ever post reviews but this is completely messed up!

Had an absolutely amazing experience with Paster Plumbing!! My technician, Min, wash courteous, friendly, and extremely skilled. My garbage disposal had stopped working, and Min was able to fix it in around 10 mins. On top of this, I was also able to fit in some questions about other problems I was having in my home during the visit, and he was more than happy to answer my questions and give me advice. Would absolutely recommend Paster Plumbing.

Would definitely recommend this company. Jose V. was great! Super friendly and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable with him and he did a great job replacing our toilet. Will call him again for any future plumbing or HVAC issues.

I had Paster Plumbing at My house for a clogged drain on Friday Afternoon, I called different companies that same day and I couldn't get no one other than Paster Plumbing. They sent Alfredo a Plumber to take care of the issue, I was impressed with his knowledge and his quickness. He was awesome, he had me draining in no time without any hassle and kindness of his part. Paster Plumbing will spoil you for any other plumber.
Dispatcher was smart and courteous. Promised to call with an e.t.a. when the plumber left and did so. Plumber was ultra-professional, friendly, explained everything clearly. He even called the manufacturer of the broken unit to be sure it was replaced at no charge under warranty-- I didn't even know there WAS a warranty. Check this out-- it was a Saturday and the manufacturer was closed. What does this plumber do? He called them again on Monday morning-- which was his day off! He saved me a LOT of time and money doing that. Who does that kind of thing nowadays? Thanks so much, Mike. Paster is how America rolls.

My water heater broke on Friday without warning. I called Paster plumbing and Min came early on Saturday morning. He is very knowledgeable, did a thorough inspection and gave me several options for fixing the problem. He wrote down everything clearly in the quote. Mostly, he drained my water tank and cleared up the leaked out water free of charge. Min is such a gentleman, very professional and simply kind. Thank you for your help, Min!

Made two appointments for a water heater that went out. After waiting well past my scheduled appointment time I called only to be informed that they rerouted their technician again, for another job. No explanation given as to why, just that what it is so deal with it. Frustrating when you take time off of work to be home for someone that doesn't show up or seem to care.
