I had major pipe repairs made. The service that Adeedo provided was wonderful. All the guys were great. They knew what work needed to be done. And they cleaned up afterwards. Lawrence Hera and Efren Fernandez are just good people. They answered any question that I had. My husband and I are very satisfied with the service we received.

January 31st 2025. 4 Plex residential apartment building. 2 of the 4 units effected by a clogged main sewer line (middle to the front of the property). It's an easily accessible main cleanout that should have only taken a few minutes to clear but instead became a ""cash cow"" job with an unlimited budget. The plumber assigned to the job, knew the assignment: ""get as much $$$ as you can..."" He started off reluctant on using a two way cleanout access to the main sewer line (I guess that was too easy). He acted like he didn't fully understand what it was. After clearing the""baby wipes"" (Yes, ""baby wipes"" stuck in the main sewer line compliments of a tenant) he apparently re-accessed the situation and arbitrarily snaked out the tub in the middle unit that flushed the ""baby wipes."". There was absolutely no reason to do that... wasteful unnecessary money grab in an obvious effort to ""up the auntie"" and ""rack the till"" a little bit more to justify $483. Additionally he suggested he might have to charge more money and snake out other access areas that had nothing to do with the clogged main sewer line. Plumber (possible con-artist) had complete control and free rein to do as much or less as he wanted to in slow mode. With clock ticking, no need to make the repair to quickly when you've got a customer on the ropes. Ordinarily I would never consider hiring a plumbing company, but unfortunately I had been sick for greater than 10+ days at the time with core temperature swings of as low as 91.5° to as high as 105.1°. I also spent a total of 3×s in and out of emergency over a period of about 7 days. Yes, many hours at emergency (minimum 8 hours for two non admission days) and including a 2 night admission (drinking bouillon soup). At time this plumber was on the property, I could barely stand or walk and I believe I was hallucinating too. I stayed inside my apartment the entire time of his visit. I have 30+ years of DYI plumbing and own thousands of dollars of tools to repair all plumbing issues in the building (and I'm very good at too). Unfortunately at time of ""Slick Willie"" plumber's arrival, I barely was able to get out of bed without stumbling all over the place and bouncing off the walls. This plumber took advantage of a very sick customer. In my opinion (lots of experience), he spent unnecessary amount of time on the property. 100% of the $483 was for labor. What labor? How in the world do you justify that? Nowhere on the invoice does the company break down the labor cost per hour (probably knowing none of it would add up). In hindsight, if my brain had been working and firing on all cylinders I would have given this guy a budget of say $200. Example: ""You cannot exceed $200 in labor expenses."" This guy just decided to just do his own thing, run his own show and upsell the invoice with a lot of idle time. Suggestion. If you should decide to hire this company, agree to an up front budget. Otherwise there's no boundaries with this plumber which I assume is a common teachable practice at this particular Adeedo location. Sloppy crooked management probably has everything to do with this more so than the actual plumber (probably gets pressured by management to do things like this). It feels like a shady operation. Hopefully other Adeedo locations are more honest. Again, best of luck with this company and keep my suggestion in mind about establishing a realistic budget. Because no way no how should a routine ordinary main sewer line that takes an ordinary plumber a few minutes to clear be able to ""drum roll"" to a final price point of $483. Fool me once, never twice. This company has definitely burned it's bridges with me. Credibility is definitely questionable. Buyer (customer) beware...

They offered a free plumbing exploration. I agreed, they changed the time, I rescheduled my day. The tech was a nice guy, was under our house for a long time. Came up with pictures galore, so many issues. we stood in the hall with no light looking at his little phone, very hard for me to see or understand, everything seemed like a huge issue. He offered to call his supervisor to come out with a camera to look in the main lines, I agreed. My head swirled with information, I was inundated. I asked for them to send an estimate for one of the issues WITH the accompanying pictures. He spit out a 10K price without blinking, it's on their ""menu."" I never got the pictures. I have now called 3 times asking for a supervisor to call me back. No calls. What terrible service, somebody at the top of the company things it's clever for technicians to upsell but this is not what they are skilled at. Not good at all.

We had a gas leak. Victor arrived promptly and in a rather timely manner, he removed a 30 year old oven that was built into the wall. The job was done neatly and efficiently & several hours later the gas company was able to turn the gas back on. Great job all around.... Sam K.

I am surprised at the low rating! We have called Adeedo for several issues over the years. Probably 5-6 yrs or more. We've had nothing but great experience each time. They are honest and always try to find best option (cost considering).
Today technician Jerry attended to our kitchen drain issue. He has been GREAT!!Super honest and professional and explained thoroughly of the job. Once again, we are very happy with the service they provided!

very poor communication after they gave an estimate.
they would not answer the questions i needed to make a decision. would not even send me the estimate to review! well, at least it gave me time to search the internet and educate myself on the many ways i could replace my sewer pipe. found a sewer pipe replacement specialist and they are now doing an exellent job for less then 1/4 the adeedoo estimate! adeedoo is a total price gouging scam! as someone else's review said... "" A-DEE-DON'T !!!!!

Not my first job with Adeedo and today I needed to replace my seismic/earthquake valve and replace my backyard hose bib. The technician Julio was prompt, efficient, competitive with a discount, and courteous. I also want to thank Efren the Supervisor for working with me on the valve job components and answering all my questions prior to executing the job. These guys provided value and piece of mind that the job was done right the first time. I would not hesitate to recommend Adeedo for any HVAC job big or small.

Worst service , no hot water again after them supposedly fixing it for the 3rd time . Didn't pass inspection twice even though never arrived 2nd time . Failed do to another small gas leak in a different area that they didn't even check . Show up at any hour no warning , not the time they assured they be there . Can't reach the people who do the work . Then charged for the job before finished . Unbelievable ... can we please get the job done we paid for and go to take a shower and it really works .
