They offered a free plumbing exploration. I agreed, they changed the time, I rescheduled my day. The tech was a nice guy, was under our house for a long time. Came up with pictures galore, so many issues. we stood in the hall with no light looking at his little phone, very hard for me to see or understand, everything seemed like a huge issue. He offered to call his supervisor to come out with a camera to look in the main lines, I agreed. My head swirled with information, I was inundated. I asked for them to send an estimate for one of the issues WITH the accompanying pictures. He spit out a 10K price without blinking, it's on their ""menu."" I never got the pictures. I have now called 3 times asking for a supervisor to call me back. No calls. What terrible service, somebody at the top of the company things it's clever for technicians to upsell but this is not what they are skilled at. Not good at all.

We had a gas leak. Victor arrived promptly and in a rather timely manner, he removed a 30 year old oven that was built into the wall. The job was done neatly and efficiently & several hours later the gas company was able to turn the gas back on. Great job all around.... Sam K.

I am surprised at the low rating! We have called Adeedo for several issues over the years. Probably 5-6 yrs or more. We've had nothing but great experience each time. They are honest and always try to find best option (cost considering).
Today technician Jerry attended to our kitchen drain issue. He has been GREAT!!Super honest and professional and explained thoroughly of the job. Once again, we are very happy with the service they provided!

very poor communication after they gave an estimate.
they would not answer the questions i needed to make a decision. would not even send me the estimate to review! well, at least it gave me time to search the internet and educate myself on the many ways i could replace my sewer pipe. found a sewer pipe replacement specialist and they are now doing an exellent job for less then 1/4 the adeedoo estimate! adeedoo is a total price gouging scam! as someone else's review said... "" A-DEE-DON'T !!!!!

Not my first job with Adeedo and today I needed to replace my seismic/earthquake valve and replace my backyard hose bib. The technician Julio was prompt, efficient, competitive with a discount, and courteous. I also want to thank Efren the Supervisor for working with me on the valve job components and answering all my questions prior to executing the job. These guys provided value and piece of mind that the job was done right the first time. I would not hesitate to recommend Adeedo for any HVAC job big or small.

Absolutely Adeedont !

Worst service , no hot water again after them supposedly fixing it for the 3rd time . Didn't pass inspection twice even though never arrived 2nd time . Failed do to another small gas leak in a different area that they didn't even check . Show up at any hour no warning , not the time they assured they be there . Can't reach the people who do the work . Then charged for the job before finished . Unbelievable ... can we please get the job done we paid for and go to take a shower and it really works .

Needed an old, poorly functioning toilet replaced. Cesar and Arturo were awesome! They showed up on time, worked hastily, and were professional in their work and appearance. They even hauled away my old one. Very pleased with Adeedo!

I can't speak to their general plumbing services, and can affirm that they were prompt and their technician was friendly, but I was quoted a price $3000 higher than a competitor of theirs for a relatively simple install. I did not seek out Adeedo, but was assigned them through another company I contacted on Yelp. Won't do that again, and had I read their reviews, I would've stayed away.

Be very careful in dealing with this company. Make sure you get everything in writing. I experienced billing issues when the work was initially done and a substantial discount was applied at my request. I thought the bill was paid in full. Seven months later, they contacted me and said I owed $8,000 and that a lien was being placed on my house.

That was completely false. I did owe a much smaller amount, although another discount was applied because of the confusion in billing caused by Addedo and the unprofessional conduct by their accounting department. Avoid using this company because they will create problems which are preventable.
