Needed an old, poorly functioning toilet replaced. Cesar and Arturo were awesome! They showed up on time, worked hastily, and were professional in their work and appearance. They even hauled away my old one. Very pleased with Adeedo!

I can't speak to their general plumbing services, and can affirm that they were prompt and their technician was friendly, but I was quoted a price $3000 higher than a competitor of theirs for a relatively simple install. I did not seek out Adeedo, but was assigned them through another company I contacted on Yelp. Won't do that again, and had I read their reviews, I would've stayed away.

Be very careful in dealing with this company. Make sure you get everything in writing. I experienced billing issues when the work was initially done and a substantial discount was applied at my request. I thought the bill was paid in full. Seven months later, they contacted me and said I owed $8,000 and that a lien was being placed on my house.

That was completely false. I did owe a much smaller amount, although another discount was applied because of the confusion in billing caused by Addedo and the unprofessional conduct by their accounting department. Avoid using this company because they will create problems which are preventable.

Adeedo responded immediately to my emergency! They came right away, evaluated the problem, and shared their findings in a way that I understood. Unfortunately, it was expensive, but they worked with me. Their staff was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable, and they left their work area clean! (Especially Efrin and Isreal!)

I recently had two toilets and a water heater replaced in my home. During this process, I dealt with Mr. Russell Stephen, who was incrediably professional and very knowlegdeable. In addition, I am disabled and he was very helpful regarding my situation. Also, the two plumbers who that were working with him were very nice and considerate. In summation, the job went without any trouble, they cleaned up after the job, and they were extremely nice. I would highly recommend Adeedo!, and especially Mr. Stephens and the two plumbes who he supervises. A+++

So, Joseph S. showed up @ the earlier part of the appointed window of time to go over the problems I had outlined in my appointment request. Turns out that I was wrong about the main line shutoff to the house; it was not where I thought it was & where it is located turned out to be no issue. Next up: old shutoff valve @ the wall behind the toilet. I was nervous about Joseph's recommendation of replacing the washer-type shutoff with a quarter-turn. I went with his suggestion and am very pleased with the result; easily turned even with my aging, weak hands. Last item: slight leak in the toilet bowl. Joseph went above & beyond to ensure the leak was eradicated. Thank you, Joseph S!
