He was professional with installation & cleaned the area where he worked. Glad he left me a Maintenance & Care guide. The price value is good ( 3 options available).

We have been using them for 9 years for all of our plumbing needs. Honestly, we have had some great plumbers and a few that I would not recommend. I like that Adeedo will always send someone different if the first technician does not deliver. Yoni Vasquez came out and provided great service at a great price. He let us know up front that there were potentially 2 different costs for the service. You could tell that he really wanted the more affordable solution to work and he put in extra effort. He was more excited than we were to save money for us. It was a really great experience and that's why we are repeat customers.

Worse plumbing service I have ever received. The estimate provided was extremely and unfairly high. Ramone mentioned installing a liner or tearing up my entire side cement (about 90+ feet) if a new line was laid. When I asked why the shorter length cost more than the longer length, I received an explanation that made no sense. The technician then suggested changing the measurements to reduce the price by $1,500, which seemed very unprofessional.
As a retiree with limited income, I asked about payment options if I took a loan. The technician repeatedly insisted on lower payments spread over 10 years, despite my concerns about the total cost over time. His persistence felt more like coercion than assistance.

The technician then took a picture of my driver's license and sent me an email asking me to click ""confirm."" When I asked what I was confirming, he said it was the loan contract so they could start the work. I never agreed to confirm the work without first reviewing the estimates. Despite his claim that I could text or call anytime, he only responded with ""good morning"" and ignored my questions. It was only after multiple follow-ups and asking why he wouldn't send me the estimates that I finally received them.

When the estimates came it listed most of the work as pipe bursting. ramone never mentioned the term ""pipe bursting"" .
Avoid this company. If they can't communicate properly in the early stages, they might stop work when problems arise and ghost you.

Here is what I think happened. I needed extensive sewer pipe replacement. There are many different methods nowadays that can be used in combination to complete the task. I don't think the plumber really knew how to give me an accurate or fair estimate, so he just gave me an extremely high estimate to make sure his bases we're covered. Even his manager contacted me shortly after and offered me a managerial discount. All of the above are very poor business practices. There were lots of red flags so I contacted two other companies that were sewer drain specialists. Both of these companies gave me estimates that were less than 1/5th of ADEEDOO's estimate!

All work is now done professionally and at the right price. I'm writing this review because it really felt like ADEEDOO was trying to rob me and set me up for years of debt!!! ramone... don't you have a conscience. you are in the service industry. have a heart!

If I hired them I'd have a very good feeling it would have been a never ending nightmare of more problems and poor communication!
