My shower was dribbling water even when shut off -- a sign that the needle valves in the supply lines were worn out and needed to be replaced. A simple operation.

Adeedo sent a man out (I wish I'd gotten his name) to take a look at it. I explained the problem and told him what I needed done.
He took one look at me, a youngish homeowner, and clearly decided I was an easy mark. He said no, actually everything behind the wall needed to be cut out and replaced. Remodeling job, the works. Would cost about $3500 -- after he called the company and got me the special deal, of course. Because he wanted to help me out, you see.

I couldn't believe what I was hearing. I questioned him about why all that was necessary, when it was pretty clearly just worn valves. He couldn't give me a satisfactory explanation, because he was making it all up to try to charge me for a big job.

I said thanks and I'll think about it, and saw him out. Then I contacted another plumbing service and gave them the same information. They asked for a picture of the shower for reference, and immediately identified from that the type of standard valves that were being used. They bought a pair for like $50 and swapped them out in a jiffy, and fixed the problem like I asked, for a reasonable price. The difference couldn't have been more night and day.

I assume Adeedo has many employees, and they're surely not all like this -- at least, I really hope they're not. But my experience doing business with them was nothing short of an attempted con, and I figured I should share that data point. Your mileage may vary.

We had a damaged leaking old faucet in our bathroom and down below was leaking too. We're not plumbers here,but we tried to fix it,just making it more intolerable..I only had to call two plumbers to know that Adeedo would do,they came out in less than 3 hours,and put in our new faucet and leaking pipes,unlike the other guys who were fully booked the next few days and wanted $165 bucks just to come out. Cesar Valencia is the friendly,positive,professional plumber that came to our rescue and is our hero. I recommend the services Adeedo provides. They definitely are Service Champions...The value seemed worthy of the job, and they have been in business since 1949. I even remember thier 80's commercial. It's on youtube.

We called Adeedo due to a broken spout in our shower. We called Adeedo and they came out same day which we liked. Thier employee Min came out and gave a quote on the broken spout and gave estimstes on replacing all the hardware in the shower. I did not tell them we had other companies come out to give us quotes. Min was honest about the repairs we needed and the quote was a reasonable price. I am giving tje company 5 stars due to Min and his partner asking if there was any other plumbing issues we had. I told them our water pressure was low sometimes and they fixed the water pressure for free. That was going above and beyond in my book. They felt trust worthy!

I called for service to my water heater after 4:30pm and spoke with Ashley (I think that was her name) she was very helpful and scheduled a 7-9pm arrival time that same evening. My service techs Min and Nico were able to come an hour before my 7pm window. They assessed the situation and thoroughly explained the issue to me. They showed me the cause of the problem and what needed to be replaced. They were both very knowledgeable and courteous.

My experience today with Adeedo was wonderful! I was able to set up an appointment easily, and the expert technicians (MIN and NICO) that came couldn't have been better. They were able to diagnose and deal with the problem we were having both on the same day. They were knowledgable, helpful, kind, and so thorough. I will definitely be using Adeedo in the future!!

We called this company for a minor leak in my shower. The technician talked for an hour and I simply asked for the price. He then went out to his car for another hour to ""provide us with proposals."" He came back into our house and quoted us for three different proposals: one for $5.5k, one for $6.5k and one for $7k. I told him to get out of my house.

I called a subsequent plumber who came and fixed the minor shower leak for $400.

Do not use this company. Or use this company if you want them to fraudulently up charge you an obscene amount of money for a minor leak.

I can't believe this company is still in business.

I would never recommend this company to anyone. Not even my worst enemy.

My wife and I have two little ones (both under 2-years-old) and our water heater died the day before New Year's Eve. We called Adeedo at 3:00pm to ask if anyone could help and were told that they'd do their best. Min and Nico showed up and managed to replace our water heater while we were at dinner with my in-laws. Well done!
