These guys are great. I had a big leak on my property. They came in to fix it - two guys spent a few hours trying to figure out why. It turned out to be a giant job which they weren't able to fix that day so they gave me a very reasonable estimate for a multi-day repair. They very nicely didn't charge me for the hours they spent. We had our 10 year old furnace replaced with a high efficiency unit. Also, the contractor who remodeled our home back in 2014 left a gap on the roof where the vent goes through. Thanks to our lack of rain, there was only minimal water penetration. Joseph Eric A and his worker Ismael completed the work in one day and came back the next day to patch up the gap in the roof as well as the ceiling to replace the damaged drywall. They deserve 5 stars for their work quality and quickness. In between the first call until the heater was available to be installed, Joseph A even created a temporary contraption to manually operate the existing unit, after the rain has moved out of course given the water that could come in through the gap.
Thank you also to Joseph M for coordinating the entire operation. Hopefully, the unit will be low maintenance for the next 20+ years.

We have a tankless water heating system that requires periodic servicing. We contacted Adeedo and and got an appointment the next day with a two hour window. They called to let us know when the plumber would arrive. The descaling of our system once set up takes an hour. During which time Min the plumber replaced our kitchen faucet. He also replaced a leaking outdoor faucet. Min was great professionally knowledgeable and courteous. He found some valves that were corroded and needed to be replaced. So the parts are in order and Min will call us when they come in. Overall job well done.

`Alfredo Vidaca recently did a big job for us. I was really impressed with his work performance and with the time he took to explain each step that had to be done. He is really an asset for Adeedo and apparently, he takes pride in a job well done. He represents your company very well. I hired them on November 2 to snake a sewage drain on my property. I was out of town for a few days and mostly the water that I use is from laundry because I don't take long showers or have a dishwasher. The very first time I tried to run the washer after this initial visit water backed up into the washing machine, because it's the lowest point of the property and so if there's a blockage in my drain it usually reveals itself through the washing machine first. I called them on Thursday, November 10 around noon and I was told someone would be out that afternoon to re-snake it. I ended up calling four or five times and by 6 PM that evening - - with wet clothes still in my washer - - final reached a manager or business owner who went over the account and the issues with me, apologized profusely and told me I would be the very first call the next morning. They said their policy was to have the same Plumber who was on the first call be the one to come back. I explained that was fine but I needed this communicated and I needed service ASAP. The next morning came and went. at 10:15 --which was outside of the timeframe given of 8 to 10-I called and then proceeded to call several more times. Finally by noon I gave up and called another service. I will be disputing the original charge. Their communication is lacking. They use an answering service and this service doesn't have any way besides texting to reach the actual plumbers or dispatcher. So there is an in-between service between the customer and the company. What could go wrong?
