So, my experience is a little strange in that I was not the one to initiate the conversation with Adeedo. In fact, I received what I initially thought was a random text inquiring if I was interested in a main line cleaning along with AC and Water Heater tuneup. As a matter of fact, I was thinking about the AC and Water Heater because the entire family has been home throughout the day due to COVID.

I let the person know I was interested to learn more and as it turned out they were from Fisher Plumbing. I had experience with them before so once I heard about the offer I was ready to sign up. I signed up for the AC and Water Heater tune up as well as, the main sewer line cleaning.

Long and short, I did not realize that Fisher had been bought out by Adeedo, so when I received multiple calls the day of the tuneup and cleaning I was a little surprised. Nonetheless, Julio M. was great!

The whole process went very smoothly and he was extremely nice and cordial.

We were upgrading our 3 bathrooms - toilets, sinks, faucets, as well as the shower valve & trim in the master bath - I had four bids for the project. Adeedo not only came in with the best pricing but also the most professional. Cole, the lead on this project, was very straightforward and knowledgable. He and his team were fantastic - they worked quickly and cleanly. At the end of the job, just as the Stay-at-Home order began, we ran into a problem with the Kohler shower valve. Cole called Kohler himself to find out why it wasn't working correctly (it turned out that the one that was shipped from Build.com was missing a part, so he had Kohler ship the part, only to figure out that it was from a different model, so he then called again and stuck it out during a long hold time and conversation) and had a new valve shipped out to us and installed it correctly while be very conscious about social distancing and wearing protective gear. Finding a reliable and fair-priced plumber is challenging - Adeedo will be my go-to plumber from now on!

Thank you Adeedo Plumbing for having an excellent and dedicated employee named Min. We were having water heater problems and this guy got the job done!!!
Everything is going great with the hot water heater now. I want to thank Min so much for his patience and the professional work ethic that he has. He even out on his day off to get the job done. Min is a model of how all employees should treat their customers. Thanks again Min.

I had previously used Fisher and was satisfied with them and then they were acquired by Adeedo. So I had Adeedo out to do a summer maintenance on my AC units. Chris came out and was just fabulous. He was friendly and took the time necessary to do the job. There was no up-sell and were honest about the condition of my AC. Would definitely recommend Chris in particular!

Chris is the Man! Adeedo! has been great in helping us resolve our issues with our A/C. I have to say that Chris went over the top. This guy is super awesome. He was super helpful, kind, and helped me understand all of the tell-tale signs of issues or problems with our A/C Unit and when I should call him again for service. He took the time to explain each piece and also make sure he left us with functioning A/C and returned the next day to also provide a solution in the interim while we worked through replacing our A/C unit. If you call Adeedo! ask for Chris, you definitely won't be disappointed and you will get the best service, conversation, and explanation out there. I have recommended Adeedo! to friends and family non-stop since meeting Chris. He was hands down the coolest most helpful person. Make sure you ask for him when reaching out for service!

I needed to get my water heater replaced and I was very worried at first - because different people were giving me different solutions and varied bids- I knew that after speaking with and getting the bid from Min that he was the only one I wanted working on the job. He was clear and straightforward on communicating what needed to be done and I felt assured before he started that the work would be done correctly. He did an amazing job!!
