I couldn't be happier with my tankless water heater installation! Not only did this plumbing team take the time to help educate me about the transition to tankless, but their quote was literally thousands of dollars below their competitors- and they offered better brands! Cody did an amazing job doing the installation and was more than capable of everything required to make the transition from electric to gas as well as drain and remove the old water tank. You will be in good hands with Addison Smith's plumbing team.

Amazing customer service! I was having issues with my furnace not working properly and Jody arrived promptly at 8am as promised. The issue was the motor,it was ordered that day and he was back the next morning to replace it. He was extremely polite and explained everything to me. I also have my maintenance plan with them and highly recommend them to anyone needing ac/furnace repair.

Our air conditioning stopped working in the middle of summer and when I called Addison Smith they were able to get someone there in a couple of hours. Their diagnostic fee was a lot cheaper than I thought it would be. The guy they sent was great. Very cool guy. He fixed the problem (tripped breaker, we have problems with lightning in our area) in no time and told me about how to check it in the future and something to do to prevent it altogether. He even pointed out a few potential problems with my A/C and told me how to prevent those, too. He genuinely seemed to care about saving me money. They've done a lot of work for my parents too, and they also love them. They replaced their entire system and perform yearly maintenance for them. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone having problems with their A/C or wanting to keep their A/C up and running.

This company is Awesome. I have been a client now for a little over a year. I called them this morning at 6:45 a.m. because my heat went out. They were at my door by 7:10 a.m. The repair guys name was Doug and he was so nice, considering it was 10 degrees outside and early in the morning. He diagnosed the problem and went over full details with me and explained all my options. Last summer my air conditioning went out, same thing, Addison Smith had a repair man at my door very quickly. Thanks to them I am letting them replace my entire unit. I trust them 100%. Will never use anyone else.

Company refused to bid on a repair/ replacement after having me send over model numbers and pics of existing unit components. Apparently, they were put off by the fact that I am required to get three bids (it's for a church). I was told it was """"not efficient to bid a job that small"""". It's a 7 1/2 ton HVAC unit. They would prefer to """"partner"""" with us which, I guess, means no other bids. Could have told me that at the outset and saved me time and effort. Now after five days waiting for a bid, I only find out because I followed up with the rep that the company is not interested in bidding. I get to start the process all over again with another HVAC contractor. Hopefully, our """"small job"""" won't be such an inefficient effort for them.
