Incredible service! I read good reviews on yelp so gave him a call. We spent 10 minutes discussing my problem and was honest about a small fee for diagnostic evaluation even if he didn't end up fixing anything (for his time--felt fair). We talked about what the problem could be with my dishwasher and sink leak and he said to try certain things first because it could be an easy fix on my end. I really respect this because he didn't want to waste my time or his but gave valuable advice for essentially free. I would definitely call him again if the problem is too big for me or if I need a dishwasher installed.

I called Jim to replace a broken, leaking outside faucet that could damage my gas meter. He responded quickly, was able to come out less than 2 days later. He charged a reasonable fee and was done very quickly. He is friendly and professional and I would recommend him in a second. Thanks Jim!

I had a burst pipe in my back yard along with a broken faucet. Jim came out and did a great job taking care of all the plumbing issues. He went above and beyond by putting a back plate behind one faucet and when I had a pressure problem after he left he came back out without my asking. The problem had nothing to do with the work he did but was a shutoff valve that was not opened all the way. He spotted the problem, fixed it and took the time to explain how my valve opens and showed me how to do it correctly in the future. He is very fair priced and stands behind his work.

I want to thank Jim for coming out tonight at 8 pm to check for a water leak. He did an install for me as I was putting in water sprinklers now I have a leak. He is definitely MVP! Mind you he just did plumber work and the sprinklers were done by someone else. So now I wait for the landscape company to fix there wrong! Thanks Jim

October, 2019: I had a leaky faucet and needed a garbage disposal replaced. Jim returned my call and was here the next day with his son Troy. The new unit I bought had a cracked PVC pipe. Jim went to Home Depot for the free replacement and still only charged the quoted price of $130. He ordered a free O-Ring for the leak that would be delivered to my house. He even showed me how to replace it. I highly recommend Addessi Plumbing.

Jim and his assistant Troy were excellent. They arrived early, problem solved like bosses, soldered pipes while on their backs in a tiny closet, cleaned up afterwards and were a pleasure to spend time with. They even fished a nail out of the garbage disposal after they had been paid and were ready to leave. I felt like they cared about my house as much as I do. I would recommend them to anyone and plan to use them in the future.
