I am an out of state property owner and this winter I needed a check up done on my unit to ensure there were no issues with the plumbing. Jim was very kind and quick to check out my property and even sent me a video walk through showing everything in perfect working order! I am very careful about any work that is done in my home, mind you I don't live in a mansion but have a nice home and have put a lot of work into it. I have never had someone in my home that did such a great job.
From start to finish it was obvious that he cared about the work that was done and taking care of my property. His work is clean and done right. You would never have known that they were even in my home. Job well done, great company, great owner. Highly recommend! Don't hesitate to call the work was meticulous. He even told me about a great place to eat just around the corner from my house. Doesn't get any better.

Best plumber in Rhode Island, hands down. We were renting a house last year and our landlord used Addessi for everything. Jim was great in every way and his work was always top notch. We recently bought our house and have already used him to install our gas dryer and for some other smaller jobs.

Jim is extremely knowledgable about everything related to plumbing. Being a new homeowner means lots of questions about water and gas related items. Jim gave me some great advice on buying a new water heater, including all possible options, from bare bones to top-of-the-line. He can do it all.

As others have said, Jim does great work, he's super responsive, his prices are fair, and he doesn't try to fix something that's not broken or sell you something you don't need. A throwback to a different, and better, era. We'll never call anyone else for our plumbing needs. Highest possible recommendation.

I came home to a freezing house 11:30 pm after a night at work. Mind you, the temperature was below 10 degrees in February 2013. I called Jim Addessi and he was on his way home from a long night. Instead of going home he came to my house to fix my boiler. I failed to tell him it was an oil furnace, which is doesn't work on. Any other plumber would have left. Jim stayed made a few phone calls to plumbers that work on oil and fixed my furnace. Thanks to him for his due diligent s I had a warm house on a freezing cold night in February .
