He was very hateful...asked us to cut the hole in the wall and we did (it's a rental) and we didnt cut anything like wires and when I called to see if he was coming to the house the next day he was very belligerent and cussed and hung up...I called back and I asked what was wrong and he was further hateful and all I said was can u call me when you get there as I am at work and let me know approximate price and what needs to be done so I can accumulate the money ...he cusses me and says just get someone else to do it

He is very rude and aggressive. He has threatened me with a gun and physical violence for merely trying to pay my bill and kindly asking for an apology for the name calling and bad language used by him. He admitted that he discriminated against me because of my name. It took nearly a month and a half to have a repair made because he would not call back or (misplaced parts) was too busy to return a casual call. In the end he over charged me. He doubled the labor hours to mark the cost up. So by merely asking about the labor and still acknowledging that he would still be paid in full, he starts to call me names with vulgar nouns and discriminate against my name and family name. I have the entire conversation recorded. This was for my safety. I feel this person should not be offering services to anyone in the community with a temper full of fowl language and using physical threats that involve shooting a person with a firearm. He does not seem to want to finish a job so he can put down multiple service calls to rack up a bill that is untrue. Customers beware. You may choose to believe or not. It shall be your money and life that he takes advantage of in the end.
