had them come out back in 2016 for a pump out it was $270 or so which was reasonable, just had them out again and they said it would be 100 more, no biggie i suppose its been a while

then they came out, and needed my help finding the tank again (i was waiting to go to work) once i used the diagram i gave them last time to locate the tank, they said the tank isn't the size they expected (remember - they've already pumped this tank before) so it would be $100 more

then they charged another $60 for digging the tank i had to help them locate

not great.

contacted the office via email asking for a review, no response

tried again a few days later, nothing, and then they charged my card for $200 more than quoted

tried again the next day, nada

so here's their review, avoid.

These folks were great. Easy to reach out thru here, answered all our questions and easy follow up scheduling with Laura and Michelle. Rick showed up within the 9 to 12 window, was very efficient and got the whole project done in no time. Thank you all and will definitely use again.

I was looking for a company that would also dig out the covers before pumping so I didn't have to do it myself. I called expecting to make an appointment and she said they could come out to my house that afternoon! Matt came out and did a great job. He dug them out, pumped it, explained what he did then covered it back up and planted grass seed over the two spots. He was pleasant and courteous. I highly recommend them!

You guys went out on a call to my mother's house. You charged her $400+ (it was after hours, totally understandable), and left saying you fixed the issue.

It wasn't fixed though.

So she called you guys back. You came back out to actually fix the issue and charged her another $285. My mom was concerned about this because she is single and on a fixed income, so she called me, crying, to ask me if I had any advice.

Now, she may have been confused, because she's a bit older and back when she was growing up when you paid for a service the first time, the service was actually provided.

Anywho - just wanted to write this up and give you guys a chance to tell your side of the story here exclusively on yelp before I absolutely blast this story onto the rest of the internet/social media/the oral tradition/etc. - hurry though! People love a good story about thieves (see: Aladdin) and I don't want to keep them waiting!

We needed an engineered system installed on a smallish piece of land; added to that was a sensitive situation with a neighbor that had to be taken into account. And add to that the fact that we were away from the house while the system was installed. Justin and his crew from ADB Septic came through for us with tact, an appropriately installed and approved system, and good value for our expenditure.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about Justin and his team. My parents had a major last minute issue with their septic in Hebron and I contacted Justin. He was out there meeting with them within an hour. Him and his crew were professional, personable, fast and did incredible high quality work. Art Breault and his crew completed two major repairs to our West Hartford property. When our basement experienced a major flood in early 2015, ADB Construction and Septic was the only company that seemed to fully understand what needed to be done in order to resolve all issues. Replacement of a gravity drainage system was completed quickly with sensitive attention to landscaping. Just recently, ADB returned to replace a septic tank with similar positive result. Everyone at ADB was professional, considerate, prompt, and patient. Our experience with ADB was wonderful!
