You guys went out on a call to my mother's house. You charged her $400+ (it was after hours, totally understandable), and left saying you fixed the issue.

It wasn't fixed though.

So she called you guys back. You came back out to actually fix the issue and charged her another $285. My mom was concerned about this because she is single and on a fixed income, so she called me, crying, to ask me if I had any advice.

Now, she may have been confused, because she's a bit older and back when she was growing up when you paid for a service the first time, the service was actually provided.

Anywho - just wanted to write this up and give you guys a chance to tell your side of the story here exclusively on yelp before I absolutely blast this story onto the rest of the internet/social media/the oral tradition/etc. - hurry though! People love a good story about thieves (see: Aladdin) and I don't want to keep them waiting!

We needed an engineered system installed on a smallish piece of land; added to that was a sensitive situation with a neighbor that had to be taken into account. And add to that the fact that we were away from the house while the system was installed. Art Breault and his crew completed two major repairs to our West Hartford property. When our basement experienced a major flood in early 2015, ADB Construction and Septic was the only company that seemed to fully understand what needed to be done in order to resolve all issues. Replacement of a gravity drainage system was completed quickly with sensitive attention to landscaping. Just recently, ADB returned to replace a septic tank with similar positive result. Everyone at ADB was professional, considerate, prompt, and patient. Our experience with ADB was wonderful!

Art Breault rescued our West Hartford basement from flooding by re-installing curtain drains, after sub-par curtain drains had already been installed by a fly-by-night company (who promised they were the best in the business).

I can't praise ADB highly enough - they were professional, prompt, courteous, and take-charge. They completed the job in record time - and left the basement clean and dry.

We have discovered a ""secret"" septic tank in our back yard (though by all documents, the house was supposed to be on city sewage system when we bought it). ADB did a great job getting rid of the tank and connecting us to the city sewer they were very professional and provided a high quality of service, with attention to detail and a very personal approach.
