I called Adaven to check my water heater (no hot water). we had the same issue a few months ago and used another company for the same issue. Previous company turned up the thermostat and charged us $300 and was only here for approximately 20 minutes or less, which seemed to fix the problem(temporarily).Adaven tech( Danny) was here for an hour as he waited for water to heat back up after addressing the problem which was not related to water heater. I have an old house and the electrical panel outside might be the problem.Danny was very professional and is an excellent representative of the company. I was only charged a service fee of $75. After the first night in our recently purchased home in Sun City Summerlin our main sewer line clogged from years of solidified grease and an incorrectly installed sewer line (originally built without proper slope to the street). We came home from errands to a river of sewage in our house. Jerry was out at the house within hours (on a Saturday). He unclogged the line, rinsed out and cleaned the tub and toilet and diagnosed the problem in the line. Additional mitigation efforts determined that the only way to fix the problem for good was to excavate and install a new line (properly this time). Jerry provided a bid the next day. Jerry and his team had 60+ feet excavated (including under the house to an interior closet where they jack hammered through the floor to find the pipe) in a couple of days. They installed the new sewer line (we also had him replace our main water line while he was already digging up the yard), tested everything, and had it inspected within another day or two. Since we couldn't be living at the house Jerry was kind enough to send me photos and videos of the work in progress. After they covered everything back up and spread the landscaping rocks you couldn't even tell they had been there.

It's hard to find contractors or service providers that are accessible, thorough, hard working, conscientious, and honest but we've found one who will be our plumber for life. This rather complex job was performed faster and cheaper than either my wife or I could have expected. We're thrilled with the results. Jerry, we hope to never need your services again but if we (or anyone we know) needs a plumber you'll the only one we call! Thanks for everything!

I had put this job on the back burner and just saw the comment from this business owner so I decided to call them again. I'm glad they're still in business as they had done such a good job on our bathroom and hopefully we will be equally happy with this. I've scheduled for them to install a water softener for us. I'm giving 4 stars for now because of the extremely pleasant conversation I had with Jerry. His customer service skills are excellent and very appreciated.

Update 10/20/20: Jerry installed our new water softener a few days ago and it's working beautifully. He and his helper wore booties to prevent our floors from getting dirty, as well as masks. We're very happy with what they did and will definitely be calling Adaven from now on when we need plumbing work done.

Adaven was recommended by the tile company that did my shower upgrade. Initially, they were professional and expedient with doing what needed to be done to the plumbing in the wall and drain areas. When the tile work was completed, Adaven returned to install the shower head and trim kit. I called them back out because the handle on the trim was not straight. Using a clock as an example, the handle should point to the 6. The handle sits short of 6. After informing Adaven of the issue, they sent someone to fix it. The guy they sent set the handle to the direction of the 4 on a clock. I explained that the handle should be straight at 6. He said it wouldn't sit straight at 6 because of some piece in the wall. He was not able to set the handle straight at 6. I called American Standard, the company that made the trim kit, and I was informed that the piece in the wall needs to be turned so that the cogs line up in a way that allows the handle to sit straight. The result is that Adaven did not install the trim kit so that the handle sits at 6 and they have shown no interest in correcting the situation. As for the work in the wall and drain, I can only hope that it was done better than the trim kit. Fingers crossed that I don't experience any leaks!

We called Adaven for a second opinion after getting quotes a ridiculously high price from another company for a main water line repair. They came out quickly and within the specified time. Their price was very fair so we hired them for the work. I am so impressed. Everyone was professional and courteous. The work was done quickly and well. They put all of our landscaping back exactly as it was. You can't tell at all that it was ever dug up, but I was there and saw the hole! We will definitely call them again in the future and recommend to family and friends.

UPDATE 12/2019: Once again, our poor old pipes have been misbehaving and we needed Adaven. I hate the problems but LOVE knowing I can call Jerry, comforted by the knowledge that those pesky pipes are in great hands. He's wonderful!! In the years we've used Adaven, we've never had a moment of doubt in their honesty and integrity.

Long time homeowners know that finding honest, reliable repair services in Las Vegas is as rare as hitting the lotto. In over 20 years, we have found almost none BUT Jerry at Adaven Plumbing. We have a problem - large or small - and it gets fixed with no worries, no stress and incredibly reasonable rates. I cannot tell you what a blessing it is have someone you can trust like this! I know the work will be done extremely well, that my estimate can be relied upon and I'm treated with courtesy and respect. I recommend Adaven to anyone in need of a great plumber. They are simply the very best!!

Jerry is awesome! He went out of his way to make sure my water heater was replaced correctly and quickly when mine broke. His prices are as far as I'm concerned can't be beat either. I live next to a guy who's a plumber supplier and he recognized Jerry and said hi. Jerry asked him if he would help me with a water heater and he said, ""not with your prices. I won't make any profit."" Lol! Nice neighbor I have huh.

We had to get a New circulating pump. Jerry told us that he would flush the line 1st and see if that worked. If it worked, then it would be no charge. In a few days if we still had no hot water, he would come back to replace it. I don't think many plumbing companies would have done that! Jerry is the best, and very reasonably priced. Jerry was highly recommended to me. His customer service is excellent which is why I give him 2 stars and not 1. I had just bought a house and needed a number of things done.

Jerry recommended that I get a new water heater because he didn't like to just bring an old one up to code. I bought the water heater from him. He recommended that I buy new toilets (which I bought at Lowe's). There were many other things I needed done.

I spent more than double what I was planning on spending. But OK, no worries if the work is good. I'm happy to pay for excellent work.

Jerry had an apprentice with him who was doing a lot of the work. After they left my dishwasher wasn't draining properly. Literally water SPEWING ALL OVER THE SINK OUT OF THE AIR GAP! They came back. OPPPSS - the apprentice forgot to do something - ""sorry!"" I am not upset because I feel that everybody makes mistakes, no worries - he fixed it - no harm done.

Well, maybe harm done. The next day the dishwasher leaks like crazy - soapy water all over kitchen floor. He comes back - Oh your seal is bad. So I get a new dishwasher (more $$$$). I wonder why the seal went out? Could it be the previous plumbing mistake? We'll never know, but I have my suspicions.

Then the caulk he used on the sink pulled off after 3 days. The brand new faucet they installed was crooked and sealed with caulk (which I learned should NOT be necessary with a BRAND NEW FAUCET). And, that caulk pulled off.

When I called again Jerry was willing to come back again for the third time, but now I have NO FAITH in their work, so I told him not to bother.

I hired another plumber to fix all the mistakes, who did so quickly, correctly and at a much lower cost. I haven't had a problem since.
