We first worked with him when Adaven was recommended by our real estate agent, Michael Coxen because we needed some plumbing fixtures inspected on a home that we were in the process of purchasing. And knowing that the inspection timeline is tight, Adaven made sure to fit us in ASAP and Carlos came out to check it all out. He was such a rockstar and gave us his honest opinion on what should be changed and what was totally fine and gave us a super detailed work order immediately so that we could use it during negotiations. After going through with the purchase, we brought Carlos back to do the quoted work and he did such an amazing job! They were really flexible with fitting the work into their schedule and even with the payment. I do recommend using them!!!
We had a corroded leaky urinal at the office that was in need of repair. Unfortunately, we had a problem with another company that did not complete the repair and the price kept going up. We called Adaven and it was a relief to have a technician that conveyed trustworthiness and confidence, that it was not a challenge to do this repair...that they could get the job done correctly and it would not cost a fortune.
Anthony was very professional and knowledgeable. He worked efficiently and did the job right. What more can you ask for! I will definitely use this company again.
