I would like to give a five star for Adapt plumbing. From the minute, I made the phone call until Joel came and finished the job, it was an easy process. Everything was directly conveyed. There is no hidden fees or charges. He discussed exactly what was required. Didn't comment about other peoples shitty jobs. Didn't add on extra things to be done. Just did what he was asked to do. I would 100% recommend them for anyone for their plumbing needs. If you're looking for someone who is very easy to work with, very polite and respectful, and very honest then Joel is your guy.

Joel at Adapt plumbing was awesome! They were able to get me in the next day, which was important because my kitchen faucet needed to be replaced- a pretty necessary item! They sent the appointment through text and then an en route message with photo, which I appreciate. He was super kind, efficient and knowledgeable. I needed to run a quick errand and felt Joel trustworthy enough to leave him working. He left everything clean and the faucet is fabulous! We are replacing the flooring in our laundry room and needed to remove the water heater to continue. Joel worked us in and did the job the next morning. We would have been days waiting if not for him. Not a good thing in the middle of a remodel! He also brought our water heater up to code and leveled it and fixed the flue while he was here for no extra charge. He is one of the nicest men and a true professional. He takes time to do the job right and he cares about his clients as much as his business. He loves what he does and his attitude shows it. My husband and I highly recommend him!

Absolutely best experience ever.
We just moved in and need a plumber quick my daughter sent me a list of plumbers that the moms in her mom group recommended. I tried another company before Adapt Plumbing and it went straight to voicemail. Nope not what I want to hear when my sinks are backed up.
On to the next one of my list: adapt plumbing answered right away asked what we needed said he would have someone there within the hour. WHAT - I said to my husband ok we will be waiting for a few hours before someone shows up. Dang few minutes I received a text on my phone someone will be here between 1030-1130. WOW it sure was within the hour. Next thing we received a text they were in there way. I swear it felt like I just hung up the phone and they were already there.
Best reliable prompt professional service I have ever received from a plumber. I believe his name was Joel I could be wrong but he was great knew exactly what he was doing he spoke very professional and seemed very knowledgeable in his profession and spoke so we understood everything he said no plumber talk that I had no idea what he meant. He explained every to a T I moved here from the Bay Area and before we moved we had the worst experience ever with a plumber so to receive such professional prompt service from Adapt Plumbing you brought back my faith in plumbers I have your business card on my fridge you will be who we call every time and if I know someone who needs your service I will highly recommend your business thank you

Very reliable and responsive. The communication process is very smooth with electronic / text message updates. Prices are fair (I had some semi-major work that involved going under my house in the crawl space. The plumber who came by (Joel) was also very knowledgeable and explained things so I can understand. Highly recommended.
