Debbie the office manager called and got the emergency locate to dig that very afternoon and by the next morning, they had begun the job the same day! We had to wait until Monday for the city to connect the meter to the main line, and the dirt was back filled Monday afternoon. I had already spent over $1100 with C and J Well, who had done nothing to get me water after three days!!!!!!!!!!

Frank and crew did a wonderful job of connecting us to city water and even helped me get the dirt level again. I'm so grateful for them!!

Mr Adams didn't show up when he said he would. Twice. His sense of urgency is nonexistent. I wouldn't recommend him. Sewer line failed and needed replaced. He went from saying he would do the work the next day, to not having any time in his schedule. Found someone who actually showed up and do the work.

Very impressed. I hired them to disconnect my home from my old septic and connect it to the city sewer. While they were covering up the trench with the backhoe, the operator accidentally hit my well. He turned off the backhoe, put the cap back on and continued working. A week later I noticed my well was leaking. While some companies would've tried to ignore this, or deny that it was their fault, the backhoe operator admitted to hitting the well and they fixed it. They were fair in the their pricing, the one mistake they made got fixed, and they have a very satisfied client who will recommend them to others in my neighborhood.
