Rich has repeatedly taken the time to come help me out last-minute, and always gets the job done. He kept on the case even when a water heater company was giving us the run-around. I have had bad interactions with a few plumbers before, so it has been really nice to find Rich Adams after moving to the area.

Rich Adams installed my new gas dryer, also did a first rate exhaust system.... re plumbed my gas line and installed a new shut off. Everything was done perfectly! Price was reasonable.

Installed a water pressure regulator on water main. talked about his expensive new snow thrower and then charged me $160 (which i think is expensive for a very simple job). did the work but would rather shop around for a better price.
