We've used Adam's Plumbing a couple of times now. They have been very responsive and on top of things for us. They have completed work on a broken pipe to replacing the inner workings of the toilet. I believe their cost was appropriate for the work.

This past Sunday (August 2nd, 2020) I discovered that my sump pump was no longer functional. Concerned that my battery backup system would not be able to handle the oncoming deluge related to Tropical Storm Isaias I purchased a replacement sump pump that evening. When I attempted to install the new pump I could not properly align the PCV pipes which caused them to leak. I immediately placed a call to Adam's Plumbing requesting a service call. - the answering service promised to relay my request. On Monday I received multiple calls from Doug @ Adams who ensured me he would get to my home before the end of the day. Keeping to his promise Doug showed up at 6:30 pm on Monday evening. For me seeing the Adams truck turn into my driveway was akin to seeing the calvary arrive on the scene of a battlefield. Total relief. Within a very short time Doug diagnosed and corrected the problem. The new pump worked great throughout the storm, saving my basement from ruin. Can't say enough good things about them. Keeping their promise. Saving the day.

We all need some folks we feel comfortable with and can count on. I had a few leaks from copper pipes. Doug gave me an estimate to replace all the water lines in our home. I put it off for nearly two years. Eventually, we had another leak and I finally called him to come out and do the work. I arranged for a drywall contractor to open the walls & ceilings prior to his arrival. He had to cancel and I am very glad he did. Doug cut only what he absolutely needed to and avoided damaging several walls by rerouting the pipes to new locations. While in there, he also replaced everything else that would require opening up walls if they leaked. The work was done well and very close to original estimate. He is my plumber!
