We had a kitchen sink leak and Rob came highly recommended by a few Acton friends. After I called, Rob came to help within just a couple of hours. He is so kind, helpful and knowledgeable. Rob's dad, who takes and directs calls, was also super helpful and responded fast. We ended up needing an additional trip out to our home for a continued leak. Rob came within 30 minutes that day, two weeks later, at no charge, and completely fixed the problem. We highly recommend Adams Plumbing and are so lucky to have found Rob and his dad's business!!

Excellent experience. We noticed the drywall above the shower was leaking some water, so we called up after receiving a recommendation from a friend. Took them all of 30 minutes to diagnose and fix the issue (corroded shower arm). Very professional, made sure to keep me updated with what was wrong, what he was planning to do to fix it, what he might have to do if something went wrong (which it didn't).

And given the times we live in currently, I want to call out that he wore a mask the whole time he was here. I will not do business with companies not taking the pandemic seriously, so these people will DEFINITELY be my go-to for plumbing issues in the future.

Local, reliable, quick, professional!
I have been using Adams Plumbing since Feb 2004 for all my plumbing needs, starting with the father (Mark), now with the son (Robbie), and have always come away fully satisfied. I have been recommending them to my friends and they have the same story. They have worked for me on frozen/broken pipes, replacing faucets, replacing hot water heater, installing dishwasher, etc. etc. (Now only if I could find an electrician as good as Adams Plumbing!!)

Since Mark has retired to Florida and his son has taken over his business, nothing is the same. His son is overwhelmed and appears not to be capable of taking over the business. Mark supposedly makes arrangements from Florida for his son to take appointments and nothing is followed through on. We waited two full days and his son never responded, although Mark advised the work would be taken care of. The first day, Mark did not listen to my message completely and returned my call on an incorrect number by redialing. I repeatedly called asking for a return call and never received it. Latter on the first day he promised his son would definitely take care of us the following day. I called the following day multiple times and never once received a return call from Mark. We were later advised the son was to busy and we were provided the name/contact info for a plumber that supposedly was calling us to take care of us. He never called us and we give/gave up. Mark kept apologizing, however, if his son does not respond and Mark does not answer calls within a timely manner, why be in business? Mark was terrific at one time...prior to retirement, which he deserves.
