Funny that the receptionist at this business understood my question when I called back the day after the plumber had been here, but that the plumber didn't understand it while he was here looking at it! If a customer shows you a leaky faucet with a huge kitty litter dish under it to catch the leak, the answer is not that's a frost free faucet and you don't have to worry about it. He fixed my other issue successfully in about 15 minutes but of course I was charged a full hour $99 for his time. He acted like a second problem was too much to seek an answer for. I also asked the receptionist about masking when I called back the next day and was told they do not offer to wear masks unless customer asks them to. I told her some of us are reluctant to ask because ppl blow up about such things. Her response was that ppl get mad at them when they show up in masks! So I suggested a middle ground might be for service ppl to ask the customer what they would prefer but she thought that was unreasonable. Wow! Will not have them out again
