Be very careful....
Anyone that comes to your house and asks for a check before they even look at your issue doesn't have a clue what they are doing. He also asked me to write one check to him personally and the rest under the business name......After getting their equipment stuck in our pipe and whining about needing to get to other jobs and going home to have a polish beer our home was left with holes in the drywall and no solution.....expect a coupon to call another plumbing company. The next morning Bell Plumbing came out looked at everything, gave us a quote for a quarter of the cost we already paid to Adams plumbing and had gotten their equipment out and solved our original issue with no problem.

I had to pay $65 for them to come out to get an estimate and then after getting an outrageous estimate he argue with me about how fair his bid was. One of his examples was how he only charged $175 to replace on o-ring in a kitchen sprayer. I would not recommend this business.

We had a leak detected by Denver Water reading. Denver Water recommended we have a plumber come out. Called Adams plumbing and they said they provided services for this issue. When I spoke with Wes on the phone, he told me it would be a $65 charge just to come out, and that it would be an additional cost for detecting the leak, as it would take 3-4 hours. Wes came out and spent less than 15 minutes at our home, saying he couldn't find a leak. The entire charge was $245. We contacted Denver Water again and they sent someone out to audit our home, and indeed found a leak. We did not feel comfortable having Wes out again, as we felt taken advantage of, and had to pay more for another company to correct our issue. Definitely would not recommend. Also felt he was overpriced and regret ever agreeing to him coming out.

Called yesterday because I ran into an issue with a basement toilet flange that wasn't installed properly. Wesley was able to stop by a few hours later, recommend a cheaper option for the fix, and got everything done quickly.

I inquired about a small job to install two new hose bibs outside. I talked to Wes and he first said we was too busy but I should send him my info and he would forward it to his son. I did this and then AT 11PM I got ANOTHER text message that he could stop by tomorrow around 10am. I waited till the morning and asked if there would be a charge for the quote. He said $45 and then I replied that I was not interested then. He was still sending more messages and even SHOWED UP at my house unannounced. This was very unprofessional!

Wes was pushy, disrespectful, and creepy. We decided not to have him in our home another minute for any repair. Also highly overpriced quotes compared to internet national price ranges.

What a great company. The owner was very personable. Adams plumbing was very prompt in coming to our home and i was surprised at how meticulous and clean the job site stayed throughout the entire process of changing our water heater. On top of that the affordability was the best part. A top job for an affordable cost is hard to find these days, i would recommend Adams Plumbing to anyone looking for a reliable plumber:)

Can I say honest and affordable. I called Wes yesterday afternoon because I had a leaky drain pipe. He came out yesterday to evaluate the issue and he had it completed on Saturday morning. Very easy and accommodating.
