Bottom line: fast, constant communication, fair, friendly.

I wasn't sure what to expect when my water heater randomly broke. After submitting a ticket via my home warranty company late Monday night, I received a call at 8am on Tuesday to schedule a time. Not only did they see me the same day to consult, but they installed my new hot water heater by Wednesday early afternoon. Jeff was amazing! He was super nice, thorough, fair. He answered all of my questions, was great at explaining every detail and did a great job. I was very impressed at the level of communication.... He talked to my warranty company to get full pricing and coverage and immediately sent me the information for the city inspector's office within an hour of him leaving the initial consult. I am impressed. Adam's has set the bar high!

Jeff was awesome. He came recommended by a home remodeling company when I needed some tricky gas work that company didn't do. They said Jeff was the best, and he really was. He got there, got down to business, explained the problem, and took care of it quickly. Their pricing was fair and they were careful in the work they did, cleaning up their mess, etc.

I had a very positive experience with Adam's On Time Plumbing & Water Heaters. They were referred to me through my HSA (Home Service warranty) account. Dean left a voicemail soon after I made my online request through HSA. Within an hour after returning Dean's call, Jeff met me at my condo and replaced my garbage disposal within minutes. He was very pleasant and switched out his shoes for another indoor pair before walking through my condo. He was very friendly and knew what he was doing. I would definitely recommend Adam's and will have them come back in the near future to replace my toilet.

The name says it all! The technician was definitely on time, which was greatly appreciated due to the tight schedules in our household. He was professional and polite. He wore shoe covers, cleaned up his debris and even left me with a few helpful hints before he departed . I would definitely use them again!

Their response time and quality of service was excellent. There pricing was crazy high. 101.00 to replace a ball valve. They were dispatched for AHS to replace a hot water heater. My deductible was $75 after noting code violations and permits and disposal fee it cost me $588.00 The whole project was 2 hours. I called the owner They don't have a labor rate just a price per job. Replacing valve was less than 10 minutes the plumbing was part of the water heater replacement only the valve was extra. 5-6 dollars for a vent cap at Menards less than 5 minutes labor over a 100 to install and so it went. I can't imagine the hourly rate. Dean has my money hope he feels good about it. Will never see me again.

I have been working with Jeff at Adam's On-Time Plumbing for several years. He has installed a toilet, fixed a leaky faucet, installed a water heater and, most recently, fixed an issue caused by the plumber hired by the general contractor of my basement remodel.

His work is always good, prompt, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend Jeff.

Got connected with Adam's through my home warranty company. My claim wasn't covered, but Jeff's quote for the job was FIVE TIMES LESS than a quote I got from a big-name company. Also, Jeff was able to come on the day I made the call (a Friday) so he was able to come back on Monday to do the job. Called me about 30 minutes into the 4-hour window saying he was about 20 minutes away. Got right to work fixing some leaky pipes in my shower, and had picked up the new shower fixture that matched my sink faucet. After I paid, we looked at the job together, and I noticed it seemed to still be leaking. Turns out a joint pipe needed to be replaced too. So he did that in about 15 mins, no extra charge. He also fixed a toilet that didn't flush well for an extra $56. All in all, my best experience with a plumbing company!
