My family and I have been customers of this company for decades. Last year while my mother was dying of cancer and staying in my home I had them come fix a drip in an old sink in the guest bathroom. The technician showed up and after acknowledging he didn't have the right wrench to change out the part said he would change the other valves that he could access and return the next day with the proper wrench. I never anticipated that he would charge me for a second trip due to his not having the proper tool (one that was usually on the truck). So... nearly $500 later a drip was fixed. For months I tried to discuss with them and finally after not paying the bill for several months they called and I explained my position that I was grossly overcharged. They agreed and reduced the bill. I called them again today to schedule work on a bathroom remodel and they said my account was canceled. Unbelievable. I guess the customer is not allowed to voice a concern. I can no longer recommend them. Terrible customer relations.
