Needed new toilets installed. Within 10 minutes of posting the project, Vanessa messaged me. We talked and agreed on a time (same day! due to a cancellation) George (owner) and 2 man crew were at our place within an hour. George and crew were very polite, knowledgeable and efficient! I would HIGHLY recommend Adams Inline Plumbing !!

This was my first time using Adams, as I have used another local plumber several times before. I contacted them through Yelp, which was a first, after being told by several other plumbers that they either were unable to do the work, or were well over a month out to do so. I had a shower valve on an older shower that needed to be replaced, it was a bit of an emergency. To be frank, they were the only entity that said they could do it that day.

A lady contacted me back quickly and was up front with the fact their employees were on another job, but would stop by after. They were also up front with the price - $165 an hour. Now, I'm not sure if that was due to the emergency or if that was the regular call rate, but it did take me back. That said, I agreed, the lady asked what type of unit I had (a Moen) and I waited roughly about two and half hours before the men came to work on it.

The two young men that came were very professional, asked what preliminary work I had done, and what the issue was. The unit inside the valve was evidently completely broken, and they had the correct part to fix it. Bottom line, they were able to complete the job within an hour, and with parts it was about $260.

All in all, I was pleased with the overall work. Was it more than I wanted to pay? Yes, but I couldn't argue with the work done and the result, which is a better working valve than I originally had.

I was so nervous to try a new plumber; I had a poor experience with one just a couple months prior. George and his crew were amazing! I had to work so my mother stayed behind to let them in and show them the to the basement. They took care of my problem in a timely fashion, especially considering how severe the issue initially seemed. They called immediately after the job was complete to tell me the services performed, exactly where my blockage was, what to expect going forward and much, much more. They were so informative and professional. Would DEFINITELY recommend!
