After waiting over 12 hours without a call, we contacted Adams. After discussing our situation they wouldn't make a confirmed scheduled appointment and referred me back to our Home Warranty company.
Jessica C.My AC stopped running yesterday afternoon. Called Adam's thinking the worst. They had someone out early the next day. The tech wasn't here 10 mins before figuring out the issue was a small part on the outdoor unit. Replaced the part, had cold air blowing, signed and out the door all in under 45 mins from arrival. Kowledgeable, honest and price was amazing! Def will be using again!
