My experience with Adam Mechanical was five stars in all aspects. I moved into home needing an HVAC upgrade and had several companies come to my home to provide upgrade options. Adam Mechanical won this project by not only offering a competitive price but also walking through the home and helping to troubleshoot some hot and cold rooms (Thanks Alex!). Once we agreed upon the right system, I was so impressed that Adam Mechanical was able to get me scheduled in less than a week. Not only that but they didn't let a blizzard stop the install. The team that came to install were true professionals. They were friendly, courteous, professional and very knowledgable. I felt like they treated my home as if it were theirs and they left the entire place as clean as they found it. This alone would be enough for a perfect review, but Adam Mechanical has continued to shine. After the installation, a technician came over to optimize the system and configuration, tweak the humidifier, and make sure everything was running properly. This is on top of their awesome team in the office that helps with all PECO rebates, answers any and all questions, and really makes you feel like a valued customer. I am so happy that I chose Adam Mechanical and highly recommend them for your HVAC and plumbing needs.

Incredible all around. I called for an estimate and they came out that day. Within 48 hours, I had a new furnace and WH for a great price. While the workers were here, I had an issue in my home unrelated to the install and they offered to help me clean up a spill so I could get back to work. So nice. After they left they gave us a box of chocolate-covered Oreos and pretzels as a thank you for the work. This is how you run a business and this is top-notch customer service.

This business is easily THE BEST HVAC business company I know. I am the granddaughter of a French Italian stone/ marble house builder so I know a bit about the construction business in general. The technician who came out today to inspect my 11 year old heat pump was as patient as clear when he explained my options.
Not pushy at all- unlike most other technicians who would sell you anything- especially when they are talking to a a "" foreign"" woman living on her own! I highly recommend this business to anyone looking for solid advice and very competent staff.

These guys know what they're doing and they're fair. They're probably not the lowest priced around, but they stand by their work and promptly fix any issues (for no extra charge) that may come up from a mistake made by a new guy working for them. It's nice to find a contractor I feel I can trust.

Great company. Super honest - a few years ago, another company (the one with the billboards) told us we needed a whole new heater, but Adam told us we could just repair it, and we got another 3+ years out of it. Now that we're finally getting a new one, they've been fast, friendly, and really just great in every way.

Dan came out last week to repair the A/C and said he found a leak. We paid $761 for leak sealant and added refrigerant. He returned a few days later for a quick check and declared no leak. Over the weekend, the A/C stopped and Service Manager Mike came out this morning. He found an obvious leak next to the unit and slight bend in the copper tubing that he said shouldn't be there. It appeared the leak wasn't sealed and Dan must have overlooked it during his check. Moreover, Dan had mentioned nothing about the bend next to the unit. Mike said it would take at least 3-4 hours to fix and ""wasn't going to be cheap."" I asked first for a refund of the $761 since the leak wasn't repaired and the refrigerant leaked back out. However, Mike refused and said the $761 was only to ""find"" the leak! I told him I will file to get the money back in small claims court. Owner Zack Samuel called and agreed to send a refund check in 1-2 days, although he reiterated that the payment was only to ""find"" the leak and not to repair it. He said the receipt doesn't use the word ""repair"" and maybe that will be clarified in the future. However, the receipt does use language like ""stop the leak,"" ""leak seal,"" ""added leak sealant."" The receipt says nothing about paying to find a leak. Who would pay $761 just to ""find"" a leak??? Beware that this company may try to add charge on top of charge, instead of standing by their work.

Great service! Rob was very kind and professional. He had to come back for a second time after my ac tune up because my nest thermostat stopped working shortly after. My husband and I got a new thermostat ($250) but Rob fixed the problem at a much cheaper cost using the old one! Any amount of money saved is appreciated as we are expanding our family :) thank you Adam Mechanical for the wonderful experiences with you.

I had a plumbing issue for which my regular plumber couldn't come out soon enough. I had used Adam Mechanical for HVAC service and learned that they also did plumbing. They were able to schedule me for the day after I called. The plumber arrived within the window promised and fixed the issue without issue. He wore booties inside the house and cleaned up nicely. The only gripe is that they were more expensive than my other regular options (by 2x over one and 30% more than the other). But they do quality work and were able to meet my time frame. I'd use them again.

We contacted Adam Mechanical and three competitors to solicit estimates for an air conditioning system in our home. After all four of the companies visited and inspected our house, it was abundantly clear that Adam Mechanical was the right choice. Our house was built in the 1920s, and it has a lot of quirks (unusual angles, etc.) that are not conducive to an air conditioning installation, but Adam Mechanical's salesperson immediately came up with creative ideas to get around those issues. When it came time for the installation, all of the team members were professional, courteous, responsive, and knowledgeable. We were thrilled with our choice, and we would strongly recommend Adam Mechanical to anyone who is contemplating an air conditioning installation project.

I was referred to Adam Mechanical by my management company(they are walking on thin Ice) for furnace maintenance and cleaning. Their tech. came to a working furnace and did a carbon monoxide text and flagged the furnace and turned it off, he told my management guy that I needed a new furnace and the one I had was un-fixable and it would run me just under 6000.00. When I started to ask question because I know a couple of heating repair men they said was the furnace broken (no) was the carbon monoxide coming into the house (no) and do you have blow heat (radiator). I decide to get a second opinion from Christian Alliance Contractors Inc. Mr. Allen Ellis owner came in checked everything, cleaned the furnace and the furnace has never run better for much much much less than 6000.00. Adam Mechanical charged me 100.00 for nothing. With this company always, always get a second opinion!
