I saw Adac's listing on Craigslist. We wanted to lay sod in our front and back yards. Not a huge project, only about 600 square feet. He came on a Saturday morning to do the estimate. As advertised, it is only $1.20 per square foot. We hired him and he came Monday with fresh sod from Chantilly. Installation was mostly complete Monday with some spots done Tuesday. Overall very happy with the project. He also cut down some tree limbs for an additional fee. Project included preparation of the soil (tilling, raking, thin layer of compost). It was only the two of them so this took a good bit of time. I think they should have watered the dirt before laying sod on top, but that's from my own internet research and Alexander seemed to know what he was doing. I would definitely hire them again.

Alexander and his crew are very reasonably priced, exceptionally hard working, and they deliver top quality results.
