Isabelle E.My brother in law called him on my recomendation his Uncle installed our hot water heater to our satisfaction however this guy preyed on 2 senior citizens,my sister & brother in law quoting them a price to unclog a drain then charging them $100.00 more as he said it was a holiday...which was Valentines Day....since when is that considered a Legal Holiday? He probably needed extra $100 to buy girlfriend or wife gift.Will never recommend his Uncle or him to anyone ever again.Not Good Customer Service.Wake up thats bad business practice!
Michelle L.Loved that they showed up in masks especially since safety is number one right now. Was on time and got the job done right. Very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what was wrong and what was being done to fix it. Would definitely recommend these guys for all you plumbing needs.
