I am very disappointed. He came out on a Saturday, identified the issues, gave me a fair estimate, and said he would return the following Saturday to perform the repairs. Both my wife and I work full time, so this schedule worked for us. However, he never showed and he won't return any of my phone calls or text messages. Since he only has one phone number, I have no other way to contact him. Now, I have to find another plumber and start the whole process again.

Ripped me off selling me a $80 dollar bottle of snake oil that sells on Amazon under a different name for $16 dollars. Drain was still clogged 12hr after they left. Had to call a real company and they found the issue in 15 mins. Charged me $320 dollars to open a blocked sink.
